I don’t think Shy really has a place to run. The US has an extradition agreement with the Netherlands for all people and with Israel (the country she supposedly has a passport for and therefore is likely a citizen of) for non-Jews. I don’t recall hearing or reading of Shy being Jewish and the Israeli definition of Jew is a person whose mother was Jewish. I don’t recall her ever saying her mother was a Jew at any point in her life. If the IRS or any other US governmental agency wants her badly enough and a court concurs that she may have committed a crime they can get her from both countries that she has a nexus in — even her citizenship country, Israel. I don’t know if she has given up her US citizenship or not (she was born here) but if she hasn’t not entering the country on her US passport is a felony in and of itself — for the very reason she isn’t using it, to try and not be tracked and/or arrested at the border when she enters the country. As far as USCIS is concerned a US citizen may have two citizenships and carry two passports legally as long as he/she leaves and re-enters the US on the US passport so the problem is Shy not allowing herself to be tracked using her US passport while leaving and re-entering the US. I hope Shy likes handcuffs, concrete and metal cages, bubba dick, prosecutors and federal judges. She will be getting a lot of that soon if even half of what is presented on MikeSouth.com is true. Student loan fraud alone is very serious business — defrauding any federally backed loan is liable for years in prison with the “five bubba guard” club. Shy is attractive enough to attract the attention of multiple “five bubba guard” clubs in any federal prison she is sent to so her orifices will be very busy and very overstuffed.
