I agree on that one, too, Karma. Some of the accusations being made against Derek are wild and salacious. I personally think the rape accusations are lies, if Derek were like that he would have been doing that throughout his stint as a talent agent and someone would have called the police and had him prosecuted long before this. I concede that he could have voluntarily had sex with some of his girls and they then changed their minds after the sex was finished. It is possible that he is guilty of the paperwork/contract violations, I don’t have enough evidence to say either way. The sexual harassment and unwanted fondling could have happened, if it did the question is did Derek receive reports of it from the poker parties in prior years. If not, it is a case of live and learn. If he had, he was negligent in his duty to protect his clients on the job. I posted the links so everyone else could watch and make up their own minds (I did not intend to embed the Vimeo video, that was done automatically. I am also curious to know if these poker parties are the same ones Spiegler’s girls were supposedly raped at (at this point it is sadly just an accusation, no police investigation nor prosecution have taken place — Honey and the other girl should have contacted the police ASAP, had a rape kit done and pushed for prosecution).

I had read inferrences to that, Lukas. I was tiptoeing around that one because if it is true I didn’t want to cause Honey any more mental health issues with it if she reads this site. It was stated that some of the performers he sent had sex with party guests. Derek’s response (in his Vimeo video) was that he had sent people to that poker party annually for the past ten years without any reported problem and that he won’t send them again.

As for Legal Porno, they may allow lidocane (or probably more accurately bupivicane as it lasts much longer) performers with decent reputations like Dee Williams and Syren De Mer are going over there to work for them and they enjoyed their time working for Legal Porno.
