Spokane Washington. After Pornography was accidentally broadcast during a weather forecast, A local news KREM station began receiving a flood of calls from angered mob-like locals. The embattled News outlet senior management dispatched Anne Bentley, vice president, and chief communications spokesman to render an apology forthwith.
During its regular prime time Sunday 6 p.m KREM local news broadcast, the now bewildered Spokane, Washington substation aired a live pornographic clip, clearly visible by their viewers on a monitor, just over the right shoulder of meteorologist Michelle Boss
This occurred during a live feed weather report, This would be to the viewer’s left side of the screen.
Issued public Apology
For the enraged and unhinged bedroom community of Spokane Washington, this apology fell on deaf ears and could never arrive soon enough.
“We apologized to our viewers last night during our 11 p.m. newscast – Those of us here at KREM 2 want to apologize for something that happened in our 6 p.m. newscast tonight. An inappropriate video aired in the first part of the show. We are diligently working to make sure something like this doesn’t happen again,”
Police Investigations
Local Law enforcement is currently investigating how this could have occurred, although pointless, someone at the news station who enjoys porn is responsible. At a Law enforcement 11 p.m news briefing, the Spokane Police department stated as of yet, it is not determined exactly who is responsible.
