YouTuber Gabi DeMartino recently joined OnlyFans. She used her 1.2 million Twitter followers and 3.24 million YouTuber subscribers to promote her OnlyFans page, which has now been deactivated due to a serious violation of their terms. She sent out a mass DM to fans, and for $3 you can unlock the video where she says, “won’t put my panties on”.
Turns out the video was of her as a young child and she was nude. Yes, you read that right, she tried to sexualize images of herself as a young child – as a toddler.
She tried to sell a ‘naked’ video of herself as a child on OnlyFans.
The 25-year-old influencer was forced to issue an apology on Twitter.

This isn’t Gabi’s first run-in with porn. She was reportedly on the website LoyalFans, a site itself with its own share of drama.
Loyal Fans is co-owned by Evan Seinfeld, ex-wife of Tera Patrick. Evan Seinfeld’s new wife is Little Lupe Fuentes, who herself was wanted by the FBI for child porn.
Before coming to America Lupe Fuentes (aka Little Lupe) did porn in Colombia with her then-husband Pablo Lapiedra. He was arrested but Lupe had fled to America.
The charges against Lupe Fuentes were for prostituting underage children. The authorities alleged that she recorded Colombian children in porno films and smelling their ankle socks and then Lupe and her husband at the time (not Even but the first husband) then sold the movies online.
Authorities allege that the girls were tricked by Lupe into thinking they were casting for a mainstream film about sucking cock. They also claim that Lupe herself provided them false documentation to appear to be over 18. They said she looked so young, that she would be able to go to the local schools, pretending to be a child herself enrolled in the school to chat up the young girls and get them to come work with her and her husband.
Another report would be that they got the underage girls to work in their studio doing live cam shows, oftentimes for as long as 12 hours a day for very little pay. Each report said that not only did Lupe herself help to recruit them but that all of these associated businesses were in her name.
The investigation began in late 2008 after the Federal Bureau of Technical Investigation (BIT) of the Spanish police, in collaboration with Colombia’s National Police and Interpol, detected a teenage prostitute network operating in Latin American countries.
The tip-off came from the head of a Medellin institute who was informed by some students that a fellow student was starring in a porn film. In the film, the 16-year-old girl was molested by two men as well as the cameraman and an unemployed bullfighter. The film was placed on an internet site where it could be downloaded for up to $100. Early investigations showed the internet site was registered under Lupe Fuentes using her married name Zuleidy Piedrahita.
News reports claim Interpol has issued an international arrest warrant for Lupe Fuentes, who by then was living in America with her new husband Evan Seinfeld.
If all of that wasn’t enough, news would come out later that Little Lupe herself was underage early on in her career. The story is she claimed to have been born in 197 but actually was born in 1990, making her only sixteen at the time she filmed her first adult scenes. I’m not sure how legit this information is, but a news website in Colombia made this claim. Interestingly enough, her IAFD listing still shows her to have been born on January 27, 1987. If in fact, it is true she was born in 1990, then that means her scenes from 2006, were filmed when she was just 16 years old.
After leaving porn, when all of this mess went down, Evan Seinfeld used his considerable influence to bury the story. We know that an arrest warrant was issued for Lupe’s arrest but I’m not sure honestly what happened with the case. Her ex-husband was arrested and spent a few years in jail. Evan Seinfeld and Lupe stayed quiet for years, at least in terms of working in porn, until now. He either co-owns or solely owns the website LoyalFans.com.
