She originally posted the video on January 7th on her ManyVids site. Think of just how many people have seen it in that time?

So the question is, is this revenge porn?
We spoke to an attorney and this is what he had to say…
Arguably a case could be made for revenge porn. Both New York and California have laws on the books that deal with this kind of criminal behavior. Although the recording took place in New York if she posted the video while in California, either jurisdiction could pursue the matter.
Turns out that beyond the state statutes dealing with revenge porn, there is also the federal issue of distributing undocumented pornographic content.
There are a lot of legal avenues the victim could take, but the most important one, to me at least is that with new revenge porn laws, she could actually go to jail for what she has done.
The real question is, how many other men out there has this happened to that we just don’t know about — yet?

As far as federal law, if you don’t have section 2257 information on your performers, you don’t get to distribute the video unless it was filmed before July 1995. Ms. St. Clair was barely born in 1995 so this video is definitely newer than that.

I had my fun and exaggerated in my above post (inmates aren’t left hanging for 18 hours a day, “hundreds” of guards aren’t raping the inmates simply because at least in Michigan the only woman’s prison doesn’t even have 100 guards on the payroll and assholes aren’t usually left gaping in the shape of a “U”) but in all seriousness at least in Michigan staff or bubba on inmate rape in all state prisons is routine and used as part of the punishment for an inmate’s crime. The guards don’t usually hang inmates by handcuffed wrists, though. There was a big lawsuit about 20 years go, the state lost but told the feds to either run (and pay for) the prison themselves or fuck off. The feds chose to fuck off.
How do the authorities allow a person like this 2 continue 2 do these egregious acts?
Well, prostitution is illegal most places in the US, so how many guys are going to call the cops? How many guys are going to file a lawsuit knowing that their friends and spouse will find out he was with a hooker?

Where did your fixation with “prison bubbas” eminate from? Something from your childhood? I mean, you drone about it repeatedly whenever the issue of someone being punished is brought up.
It likely came from discussing the Michigan women’s prison abuse case brought by some former inmates in the Michigan women’s prison about 25-28 years ago with one of the attorneys for those inmates. What she told me about how inmates were treated in Michigan prisons shocked me and it included bubbas being allowed to rape inmates and it being considered part of their punishment by prison officials. In the women’s prison the guards tortured (and raped) the female inmates routinely, in the men’s prison fellow inmates were allowed (or maybe even encouraged) to rape each other and that was unofficially used as part of the punishment process. The women’s prison case even made ABC’s 20/20 program about 20 years ago. Shocking, I know but that is Michigan for you. If you commit a crime, don’t do it in Michigan if you value your ass virginity.
