When you have someone like Shy Love trying to defend you, you know you’re in trouble! I mean it’s like giving the guy the kiss of death.
I’ll tell you another little secret … when someone claims they are innocent and adds in, “you can’t prove anything” … you know they are lying! But then again it’s Shy Love, so would you expect anything less?
I mean of course Shy Love is going to try and defend Stills By Alan in the case against Lily Adams because Shy Love was named in the case. If you remember Lily Adams said Shy Love tried to extort Stills By Alan when this all went down in the first place.
As far as Stills by Alan goes, all we have to say is, if you have to hire a PR hitman to attack your accuser, what does that really say about you? If you are innocent, why did you need to hire someone to attack her credibility in the first place?
Even if someone was willing to believe that he was innocent, his actions in the hiring of the PR guy to attack Lily Adam’s are highly suspect.
In closing, I will leave you with a quote from Business Insider that is absolutely perfect for this situation and maybe something Stills By Alan and a few other Directors in our industry should read carefully.
First, I agree it is generally a terrible idea to have sex with your employees. It exposes you to all sorts of potential litigation, sexual harassment charges, wrongful termination suits, scandals, and so forth, and it destroys morale at the company. (“Oh, that’s how you get ahead here?”) So I certainly agree that having relationships with employees should be avoided at great cost.
