Kate Snow and NBC got some ugly pushback for airing the Swetnick segment, doubt they will get kudos in measure for releasing investigative process that didn’t make it to air.

Swetnick is an opportunist who will spill everything about how she got hooked up with Avenatti; her ‘unnamed’ friend in the declaration is already throwing him under the bus and will be backing her up on his shady dealings. Not sure if Katz gets dragged into the mess.

Expect Avenatti will take whatever federal deal comes with best accommodations for shortest amount of time. Uneducated idiots know collecting but not depositing payroll taxes is a big no no. Tossing suspect sworn declarations around to derail a SCOTUS nominee not so good either. Setting up and using a PAC to raise walking around cash after Stormy GoFundMe dries up shows his desperation at this point. My three wooden nickels say the PAC will be named & blamed on the plea agreement.
