Rule 1 take away the risk
If you cannot take away the risk provide your worker with protection.
So make the actor wear a condom is not ok it, can be faulty or break.
Develop a proper product which the female actor can use during her work or after to clean her from whatever entered her

Apparently you are unaware of the not so subtle nuances of politics….Mr Hall’s constituents voted 76% in favor of measure B to a politician that IS a mandate, and an easy one to sell, and in all honesty even though I am very pro choice on the condom issue Im starting to think the industry needs this law, otherwise we simply will never address the problems…its sad really theres so many ways we could have headed this of we were warned years ago this was coming.

Shouldn’t Assemblyman Isadore Hall be more concerned with his constituents in Compton? Compton is a pretty terrible place that needs more cleaning up than porn.
