Barry has lived in four countries (Isle of Man, the UK, Australia and the US). It isn’t likely that I will be able to say that about myself, I have only lived in two countries (the US and Canada) and don’t plan on making it three in my lifetime. Also, yes, the Isle of Man is its own country — it is not part of the UK as most believe if they have even heard of the place. I once made the joke about the Isle of Man having 80 residents to someone that has lived there for years. Their population is actually about 85,000 but for an entire country that is quite low. Of course nearby Guernsey only has about 62,000 people and also nearby Sark only 492 so the Isle of Man isn’t the smallest country in Europe.
