Joe, I can’t speak to Lucas’ HIV policy but there are also gay porn companies like Treasure Island Media which actively court HIV positive performers for their movies. From media reports I get the impression that there is a small segment of the gay population that actively tries to get HIV and that is the market TIM serves.

How did he get past the testing? Many gay sets only ask for HIV, and some don’t bother if you don’t have yours on hand. So, you can work gay porn with STI’s not named HIV and nobody really cares.

Proof that these companies do NOT care about who they hire & how many of the performers they put at risk.

As far as the offense being a capital case, I agree that it should be. Unfortunately unless he actually killed the kid that isn’t allowed in the US. I don’t know if he actually killed the kid or not but if he didn’t the most he can get is life without parole being raped up his ass nightly by the prison “five bubba club”. Maybe that is worse than the death penalty, I don’t know. I hope that (assuming he is guilty) he gets five bubba dicks shoved up his ass and down his throat every night for life (without a condom and without any type of lube) and gets every VD known to man including a scorching case of AIDS.

He had a depraved indifference to whether or not she lived every time he raped her.

After the elder abuse charge did he work in porn? Over the past years with that criminal history, clearly he was dangerous. Who are the people who hired him?

Is it neglect or put the other performers in danger as much as possible because the agent & companies just don’t care.

Sam, if this is being treated as a capital offense that means he killed the kid. Considering murder isn’t one of the listed charges (and evidently he hasn’t pleaded out on the murder/rape/molestation) I am perplexed. I don’t know of a state with a murder-included rape/molestation charge (in both Michigan and California they would be two separate charges although Michigan does not have the death penalty for any state charge to begin with) but a “capital offense” involves the death of someone because of the committed crime (thanks to the SCOTUS which ruled someone has to die in order for a crime to be a “capital offense” and eligible for the death penalty). Do you have more records to clarify this, Sam? Not living in Florida I haven’t heard of this case before and would like to know if the kid did die or if there is a mistake in the county records you accessed.
