His point is sophomoric. Just because I consent to allow someone to feel me up, even in public does NOT mean that I have relinquished my right to consent to WHO feels me up. By that logic a woman who kisses her boyfriend in public should not have any say so thus allowing anyone to kiss her in public with no repercussions.
