The Huffington Post conducted interviews with attorney Michael Fattorosi, AHF’s Mark McGrath, FSC’s Diane Duke, male performers Steven St. Croix and Danny Wylde on the prospects of AB 332 going into law. At one point Duke warned of the threat of the industry’s having to use hazmat suits.

“Nobody is talking Hazmat suits except your Industry,” McGrath told Duke. “That’s the specter your industry is raising.”

There are bigger issues than the low risk acts Stagliano is performing, and that is to what extenet his partners are aware of his HIV status. If they are not informed that is inexcusable. If they are informed then they are just plain stupid, and brings up the next question, do these girls notify their next partners that they just had contact with an HIV positive person? And then there are the AGENTS who are booking these scenes, clearly violating 1700.33. And NOTHING in that law says its ok if the performer is consenting. EVERYTHING here is a complete break of the so called industy and APHSS protocols. No quaratime list for females who work with an HIV positive person? Where is the APHSS medical board on this, how can they still remai silent?(becasue it doesnt exist, isnt that right Dianne), and if they do they are obviously complicint with their silence. Who is on this board anyway, don’t the talent have a right to know who is making decision that directly affect their health and well being?

I would have to agree here, Mike. John should not be touching any orifice in porn, period! I feel badly that he has HIV but that is how it works — once you have it you may only have sex with fellow HIV patients for the rest of your life. Also re the Stagliano issue. I dont know if what you would call what John is doing “performing” or not but he is an active participant in these scenes. I have seen nothing that is anything more than very low risk activity if that. While I would hesitate to attack John because I like and respect him it does raise some troubling questions. Not the least of which is why now.

This is total BS INVENTED by Rob Black because he has an ax to grind with Stagliano. Stagliano chuckled at his presence during John Leslie’s funeral so Rob has a vendetta to settle.

The Buttman character is dead. DEAD. John Stagliano has NEVER performed with any talent on or off camera after contracting HIV. There is no scandal. Full stop.
