Molluscum is no big deal, easily treated, and isn’t always from having sex. I caught it before I even had sex as a teen. Easily treated and it was gone.

The virus can be spread among children at day care or at school. Molluscum contagiosum is contagious until the bumps are gone (which, if untreated, may last up to 6 months or longer).

I would be very interested to find out what Kink employee ordered a room shut down due to her molluscum incident. From what I have read it does not cause any harm other than bumps on the skin. I would bet most porn performers have had it at some time. The directors were willing to work with her, the talent was willing as well (for Hogtied director and other talent are usually the same person), it is not considered a VD. Give me a fucking break, I bet half of porn works with molluscum bumps right now (the general population rate isn’t much lower IIRC). I think Peter needs to step in here and stop this nonsense.

As for Kink Live, that may be shut down for other reasons. KL has been losing money for a while now and the talent were balking at new contract terms eliminating their minimum salary. I would suspect (but don’t know) that KL has been shut down for monetary reasons and not due to Audrey’s molluscum.

As for concerns by Brendachicago that Audrey essentially shot herself in the foot discussing this publicly, I don’t think that is the case. With Kink Live’s talent objections the most vocal opponents have for the most part worked since that incident. I think Audrey will as well (considering the directors pick the talent and not management).

I await Peter’s response to this. In the past when something like this came up (Nicki Blue’s deflowering, the KL salary dispute) Peter has always given his side of the incident. I would expect he will here as well, maybe even to Mike South since he reported on the story.
