Word over twitter is that Sheena Shaw has a bun in the oven

One interesting thing in the 2013 papers — Max claimed to have a business but still be unemployed for at least the 60 days before he filed the BK. More than likely he is in repayment as I type (it was a year ago, after all) but if someone could prove he made a movie in those 60 days it could still cause him to have his BK dismissed and possibly him to go back to federal prison. Also, as Bonnie’s case would be a new debt if somehow a judge were to (somehow) rule in her favor that judgement would not be dischargeable under the BK code. Of course if Max is any kind of businessman at all he will have the model release and agreements with Bonnie’s signature to prove he had the right to release her video but this is Max Hardcore, after all — the guy who was stupid enough to (essentially) tell the feds to go fuck themselves and kept making his above and beyond ridiculous movies after a warning that he was going to prison if he did so.

Oh, the irony that Max got fucked in the ass by the U.S. Government lol.

And it wasn’t like Max wasn’t warned by the Feds, they told him to his face to knock it off or they’d imprison and ruin him financially.

I guess Max is just a dumb cunt after all.

Which is the very property the Gov tried to take via forfeiture but settled for $7500 cash instead.

Seen plenty of chapter 13 not many that goes back two years later for a new filing. Didn’t notice Douglas on 2013 list…doesn’t mean much without more info ..like did he get paid ahead of remaining secured debts or accept a reduced payout etc. meh

No way to tell what happened here, but it’s Chapter 13, which is reorganization (Max gets to keep the assets while he works out his problems) versus Chapter 7, where he liquidates. Also looks like the bulk of his problem is the $900K+ in real estate.
