Every woman that provably lies about being raped should go to state prison for a few years. Bubba will take care of the rest. All free-world penetrative rapists and child molesters should be executed within one year from the date of conviction — male or female. The rape victims should get first shot at executing their rapists. Parents should get first dibs on executing their childrens penetrative molesters/rapists. If the parents are the molesters than grandparents, uncles and aunts should get to execute them.
