In June 2014, porn star, Marsha May, was arrested on multiple charges of sex with three minor children. She has now been arrested for violating her probation for that crime.
Marsha May gave 3 underage girls, one just 12 years old, drugs and alcohol and then had sex with them. She also filmed it. She went as far as to post photographs and videos of it on Instagram.
MARSHA MAY and two males plied the teenagers with vodka, gin, and Xanax before the group sex session in May of 2014.
“Everyone pretty much had sex with everyone,” the 13-year-old victim told police.
The 12-year-old victim told cops: “Everyone was taking pictures and recording the sex acts with their cell phones.”
One of the victims told cops that the group had also partied at a Miami Beach hotel, and that MARSHA MAY and a male codefendant had sex in a bathroom with the 12-year-old girl.
Unlike the case with Mercedes Carrera , there is no question left to wonder if she did or did not she, there was an extensive amount of evidence that Marsha May drugged and raped the three little girls.
Photographs and videos on the adult actress’s phone corroborated the claim. The cell phone revealed photographs and videos of two of the underage girls performing oral sex on each other. Zoomed-in photographs of their genitalia taken while they were sleeping were also discovered by police.
Marsha May was initially charged with multiple felony counts of lewd and lascivious battery on a child and promoting a sexual performance by a child but pleaded to reduced charges, including child abuse.
Originally she was sentenced to 10 years of supervised felony probation.
She had gotten off easy, pleading only to a felony count of Willful Child Abuse, and three charges of Unlawful Use of a two-way communications device.
But Marsha May couldn’t stay out of trouble. In 2018 she was arrested again for possession of a controlled substance.
On May 7, 2020, she was arrested yet again. This time for possession of fentanyl and drug paraphernalia, which violated her probation from her 2014 arrest, where she was charged with 14 felony counts, after drugging and raping three underaged little girls, (12, 13, and 14 years old).
She has been in jail for months without bail, as they violated her probation, and as a result, must remain in custody pending trial.
As of January 11, 2021, the Florida Department of Corrections reports she is serving her time in the Miami Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation facility and due to COVID-19 restrictions is unable to receive in-person visitors.
If found guilty she will be required to serve out her full sentence and will be due for release on November 30, 2026.
A Florida native, the 25-year-old Marsha May began performing in 2014 and has starred in more than 180 scenes.

Based on the fact she’s been active on social media recently I’m guessing this despicable skank was found not guilty of violating parole.
I was hoping that Marsha May would go to prison for a very long time. IMO she should have the first time — raping children is despicable and really should be an automatic death penalty after about 250 whacks with a Singapore Correctional Cane. If it happened in my family I would be pissed beyond what you could imagine.
