Once someone starts breaking bones and causing brain trauma (the memory loss was likely from Peter slamming her head into the floor or a wall) we call that assault with intent to cause great bodily harm. That carries decades in prison without a chance at a probationary sentence in most states (and since he offended in California a strike on his criminal record, two more and he faces life in maximum security getting extra helpings of bubba dick). I hope Peter North is still bi and likes that BBC bubba dick because if this is true he is facing that very fate. I am sure some bubba will “toss him a beating” in San Quentin, Corcoran or Soledad as well.
