Hilarious, this is an industry with a long history of companies-mostly black owned making titles like I Can’t Believe My Mom Sucked A Negro & Oh No! There”s A Negro In My Wife. Isn’t the audience for this site mostly black guys anyway? It certainly doesn’t seem aimed at whites specifically & seems to be tailored more toward blacks.

Is there a way to get Nat Turnher’s comments on this lawsuit. Evidently he was on set that day and likely was in the scene where the “six letter N-word” lines were read. For the record Nat is also black. Another black person’s thoughts on this would be great to have, especially a black person that actually heard the exchange between Ryan and Moe (and Billy Watson’s demeanor during filming).

Personally, I don’t have a problem with race play as long as it is consensual on all sides (or maybe deep down I do but don’t think it should be banned). I probably wouldn’t direct such content myself but there is a big difference between consensual race play and actually calling someone a “six letter N-word” repeatedly with malicious intent.

Absolutely correct, however you’re missing one crucial predicate element: all claims must be supported (not contradicted) by clear evidence, and extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. In Moe’s case, at this point it appears that several key facts he asserts are either obviously false or in great doubt. That’s normally a very bad sign when a lawsuit has been filed. We shall see what the coming days and weeks brings.

Someone said something interesting the other day and when put in this way, made me think.

It doesn’t matter how many times someone worked for a company. It doesn’t matter what’s done in the past, the future. On that day, for that scene, what they say matters. Performer limits don’t have to be justified or explained, they just have to be respected.
