That is what I have been told the larger county jails do with any cash on someone that is arrested and then released after being held for more than 24-48 hours. Scottie might have been around all the dope he could ever want but he probably didn’t have a cent on him when he was released other than that debit card or check (neither of which a street corner drug pusher would accept as payment). Scottie will probably have to wait until 9am tomorrow morning to get any cash for his drugs. Tomorrow afternoon he will have to go to Compton and get his drugs. Awwww, poor Scottie. No cash to go celebrate his release from five bubba land tonight with some cocaine, heroin, meth, LSD or whatever the fuck his drug of choice is. At least with his nightly five bubba dick ass reamings the past couple of nights he will have a loose enough ass to shove even the largest syringe full of dope into his ass tomorrow when he can finally get some dope.
