Yes, it does Karma and Sam. In the past it would have been considered patently unconstitutional but with our current government and the fact that we will likely have at least two more SCOTUS justices appointed by conservative “deity” Donald “I Love To Fuck Stormy Daniels But Will Do What Pat Robertson Tells Me To” Trump over the next year or so good luck with that. I bet Trump would nominate Ron Paul, Sarah Palin or Michelle Bachmann to the SCOTUS if they told him to.
