ABC is designed to be informational and a conduit of information vs Agencies w prosecutorial discretion. They provide personnel and the use of breathalyzer.
The rule of thumb requirement to assess patrons is CYA along same lines of carrying business insurance because uninsured drunk drivers and their victims have a tendency to sue the deepest pocket.
The heavy ass drinkers theory is contradicted by the pre session zeros and 0.02. The high rates are a practical exercise in what happens in an open bar situation vs scientifically proven alcohol absorption/elimination rates.

]]>Lurk, I do not know Asia personally. I did not claim otherwise. Alcohol Beverage Control in your state may require an “assessment” after 3-4 drinks but unless someone is on certain medications or 65 pounds that is not enough to impair a person. If someone is on medications that interact poorly with alcohol the person will still only blow about a .04 after four drinks consumed over one hour but will look more impaired than normal. My stats are based on average drinkers, people do process alcohol differently but a .25 on the charts for a 120 pound person is approximately 12-14 drinks, a fifth has 17 drinks in it so for purposes of this discussion I was close enough. My assumption that she only weighs 120 pounds is also conservative, she likely weighs more which would increase her alcohol tolerance. For example someone who weighs 200 pounds would have to drink roughly 20-24 drinks in an hour to get to a .25 (if that person could even get there before passing out and in only an hour, add a drink for each hour over one).
Also, I don’t know how it is in your state but in Michigan our version of the ABC is toothless and seldom even enters a bar on official business other than the pre-opening inspections required by law. Even if someone is overserved in their sight or if a alcohol-involved accident takes place after the driver drank at that bar all the ABC usually does to the bar owner is assesses a $50 fine (maybe $100 if the inspector is really cranky). The only incident I know of in the past 30 years in anything close to my area where a bar even had their liquor license suspended is one that had a staircase that was dangerous to use and three people died on it over about three years, the bar was told to replace the staircase after the second person and they did not do so. That bar lost their liquor license for 14 days and was not fined! Usually it is up to the city to close a bar by not renewing their business license, the ABC almost never yanks a liquor license permanently (if they ever have) here. We even had a bar that was cited (IIRC) for repeatedly serving minors (hundreds of times), someone died and the bar was cited, at hearing the bar owner offered to take a three day liquor license suspension to settle it and was told that was not necessary, just pay a $500 fine to the cashier on your way out the door and don’t do it again. The only reason it was that high was because they had evidence that the bartenders were serving minors left and right. Maybe things are different where you live but here ABC is a sick joke!
Also, those are some heavy ass drinkers to be blowing .20-.30 after three hours!

Lol…CRAZY, BATSHIT CRAZY and LOST THEIR FUCKING MIND usually limited folks who actually have an impact on my life. All three apply to delusional nuts shouting from tallest perch available how someone they never met or interacted with is crazy cuz their infallible olfactory got a whiff of gossip proven by irrefutable fact that EVERYONE says it’s true leaving only an idiot to say otherwise 🙂
]]>Now she’s wearing a colander on her head so she’s got a HUGE mental problem.
WTF happened to just calling people CRAZY?
]]>@mharris
Your stats aren’t matching the stats used by ABC (alcohol beverage control) adopted for use in restaurants to prevent being charged as accessory to drunk driver vehicluar manslaughter/homocide.
At 120lbs …two wine/beer are the equivalent of one standard pour shot and considered ‘safe’ a third beer/wine or second standard pour may put them over legal limit but establishment still on solid ground…fourth beer/wine or third standard pour CYA requires physical assessment of patron for slurred speech, gait or other indications of intoxication.
To drive this point home to servers Reatuarants and liquor licence holders schedule a mixed session with booze/wine merchants and the ABC who comes with a handy breathalyzer. Servers are shocked to find out that they’re blowing 2’s & 3’s at three hour point of demo despite eating full meals even more shocked when those numbers increase after they switch to coffee or soft drinks.
Back to my point about assumptions…what you’re reading on gossip sites is just that gossip. If she had four arrests in a year or even sporadically over time what you’ve read or heard might be supported. If she were still performing and showing up on sets shitfaced it might be relevant to co-performers, set crew and stakeholders.
It just seems over the top to be assuming she is an alcoholic and applying all these stats to back up assumption…they may be true for a medically confirmed alcoholic but there’s no factual basis to apply them to this individual besides pie in the sky ideas.
And just to prove how reliable your porn forum gossip is…I had not one fucking clue who Asia is until I googled her when the Pastafarian article was posted.. results included info about Don Lemmon and quotes off her FB and direct to reporters re her children.
Serious question …Do you know her any better as a living breathing individual than I do?
]]>Lurk, I have read other articles where Asia’s drinking is described in much more detail, my understanding is even she herself admits she has an alcohol problem. Also, a .25 is not just a few martinis — that is likely at least 12 of them if she started out completely sober that morning and weighs only 120 pounds soaking wet! Even assuming she had a binge the day before, is only 120 pounds and woke up still “legally drunk” she would still have had to drink at least eight of those martinis (a martini has at least a double shot of vodka or gin, many times triple) to even get close to this alcohol level, probably more.
I was unaware that Asia’s husband died. No wonder she drinks like this. I hope some family member without an active addiction steps in and raises this kid themselves rather than allow Asia to fuck her up emotionally. I am sure Asia loves her daughter very much, that I do not dispute but she cannot raise a kid in this condition. Also, look at Asia’s DL picture and then look at some known Inuit people. She definitely looks Inuit, not Asian. She is definitely not 100% Inuit but I see it in her face heavily. If she is indeed Asian and not Inuit (with “plastic” surgery anything is possible nowadays and it is possible she has both in her recent genetic lineage) her plastic surgeon fucked up here for sure.
As far as her genius intelligence is concerned maybe stereotypically Asians are smarter but it is still very possible for other races to be geniuses as well, even Inuits. Whatever her race this is proof that even a genius can have a drinking problem.
]]>@mharris
Wow! The assumptions are outrageous.
“Since she has the tolerance to drink to a .25 alcohol level she is likely an alcoholic”
She was certainly drunk but given the isolated info there’s no way to say if this is part of a larger issue. The fact that she was passed out on a couch may even refute your alcoholic tolerance theory. The event happened at 2pm so it’s possible she over indulged at lunch and drove with a belly full of booze making its way through her system, made it to the school and passed out on the couch vs behind the wheel in your scenario.
” (I still think drunk driving should not be a crime but people do need to be smarter about how they conduct themselves)”
Hard to be smart with a pickled brain. Guess you missed the parts of those studies that focused on cognitive impairments at various BA levels, over time and use patterns. Since we have no information that the arrest is part of a larger pattern it seems best to leave aside studies of alcoholic blackouts and/or continuing fugue states.
“She is likely to the point now where she cannot quit until her body and brain say enough and will go to all extremes to get her alcohol”
“she quit drinking cold-turkey right now she would likely have seizures and need hospitalization”
These are some crazy ass assumptions based on this isolated event. Given her height and weight skipping food and downing a few martinis for lunch could produce the BA numbers reported.
“There is a point early on (say less than ten years drinking alcoholically) where an intervention can help but from what I have read and heard about Asia she is way past that point.”
Really? What basis are you relying on to indicate she has been drinking like an alcoholic for ten years? Almost shocked that you didn’t predict the kid was taking test to lay a foundation for her porn career.
” At this point all that can be done is to mitigate the damage (even if that mitigation is her husband taking the kids and moving out after arranging for her care”
Isn’t she a widow? Did Don Lemmon fake death or did she remarry?
“This is amplified by her race (from her DL picture she looks like she is Inuit or more commonly in the US referred to as Eskimo)”
Assuming she is Inuit vs Asian definitely fits your theme of genetic alcoholism but it’s still an assumption that totally discounts choosing ‘Asia’ screename and MENSA as Asian stereotype which is also scientifically proven to justify requiring ACT/SAT test scores when Asian box is checked.
Your comment in its entirety brings to mind ‘One Armed Bert’ saying “I’m a social drinker, everyone I know hangs out in doorways and pisses their pants”
]]>Unfortunately although taking that first drink of your life is a choice once you do if you are genetically inclined to drink alcoholically it is definitely a disease — she probably cannot “choose” not to drink outside of a lock-down treatment center or jail if she had to. Sometimes after 30-40 years something clicks and a person stops drinking, usually from hitting a bottom in your life. Since she has the tolerance to drink to a .25 alcohol level she is likely an alcoholic, .08 is legally drunk (although most people drive just fine at that level), most people would start to feel their drinks hard at .15 and probably should not get behind the wheel of a car at that point, most people pass out at .20 if they are not alcoholics (that is just a bit less than a fifth or 750ml of vodka/whiskey), some severe alcoholics can drink to .60 or so before dying like a rock star (about two and one half fifths of vodka/whiskey). I am myself guilty many times in the past of drinking a half-gallon (1.75L) of vodka in a night and then driving, fortunately my tolerance was to a point where I could handle it without passing out or crashing my car but in retrospect it was probably not a smart idea to do so (I still think drunk driving should not be a crime but people do need to be smarter about how they conduct themselves). Fortunately about nine years ago I hit my bottom and quit drinking alcohol altogether after decades of nightly drinking but I will pay for that drinking for the rest of my life with reduced eyesight (I can forget driving now even sober), congestive heart failure and probably some brain damage that I don’t know about as of yet. I have also taken quite a few falls (both sober and drunk, the latter applicable here) that probably cumulatively caused my back injury that will likely require pain medication for life (thank God I don’t seem to have that addictive trigger for opiates, I have been on a stable dose for years now and do not crave the drug).
I wish Asia the best and hope her husband and family will rally around her and do the things she is incapable of due to alcohol addiction. Certainly she should never be driving a car especially with a kid in the back seat. She is likely to the point now where she cannot quit until her body and brain say enough and will go to all extremes to get her alcohol, some like me have that experience while others do not and drink themselves to death. If she quit drinking cold-turkey right now she would likely have seizures and need hospitalization. There is a point early on (say less than ten years drinking alcoholically) where an intervention can help but from what I have read and heard about Asia she is way past that point. At this point all that can be done is to mitigate the damage (even if that mitigation is her husband taking the kids and moving out after arranging for her care, obviously that would only be appropriate if she were to be abusing the kids which I cannot confirm one way or the other) and hope for the best. This is amplified by her race (from her DL picture she looks like she is Inuit or more commonly in the US referred to as Eskimo), it is scientifically proven by much research into Inuit communities in Nunavut, Canada that Inuit who drink alcohol are many more times likely to become alcoholics than Caucasians (Whites/Western Europeans).
