More seriously, it depends on which butter knife she had. I have a few that have a sharp point on the end, it would be easy to do some serious damage stabbing someone with it. If she used one of those, send her to Nevada Correctional and Prolapse Facility for 25 to life. If it was the more common dull butter knife, give her six months in the Clark County Detention and Ass Fuck Center for breaking the window and call it a day.
