@CPanzram –
If you’re not entirely sure whether you’re an asshole boss or not then chances are you probably aren’t… Most asshole bosses seem to get off on being an asshole…. or having complete control.

Wow. I hope very few of my workers considered me an asshole boss over the years. Last time I worked for someone else was in college and I made pizzas. I loved my boss. She fed me through college. I went to college for marine biology and didn’t like it and was thinking of trying geology when on my 21st birthday my grandfather “surprised” me and gave me the 3 clubs he owned. Apparently, my brothers and my cousins weren’t suited for it and my parents had jobs where that wouldn’t look positive. When I saw the money I left college because the lawyers and accountants are family friends and they do most of the work. My uncle owned half of two of them and I had him buy me out after a couple years once I paid off my student loans and I started my own company in a totally non-related field. The stuff I’ve dealt with probably isn’t something I should complain all too much about. It looks like I’ve had it far too easy. Kudos to all of you.

I’m going to have to write something, at some point, about how the sweetest lady in the whole office always seems to be the one who’s robbing the business blind… it always seems to be someone who you would never suspect….

Great Story, Lacey. I think alot of us can relate to knowing some form of asshole bosses like that. I just find it hard to believe he was a politician too … *grin*

Oh, and question for you “math people” (I hate math) … If I put my root beer in a square cup, is it just BEER?

I worked in a corporate environment for 15 years PP. (Pre-Porn) It was a Fortune 200 company. Aerospace. It no longer exists because another corporation acquired it in an LBO (leveraged buy-out) and proceeded to fire over 90% of the employees. I was a management level employee and had the chance to see and hear, first-hand and from a front-row seat, what an incredible number of fucking pricks and pieces of shit work the management halls of corporate America. The only good thing about me getting canned by the new owners was that they also canned so many of the scumbags, of which there were many.

After one meeting a very young looking new boss told my brother to get him a cup of coffee. BIG mistake. My brother grabbed his crotch and asked, “How much cream would you like in that?” The guy then proceeded to say that he was the new VP and the son of the owner. TO which my brother responded, “So youre the new CEO?” “No, I’m the VP” My brother responded, “I meant chief executive offspring” Needless to say both my brother and I found work eslewhere. I miss my little brother, thank you for bringing up this memory Lacey
