“Model housing” has become a cottage industry in itself.

If done right, a girl can pay as little as $25 to $35 a day, to have her own bed to sleep in and a place to store her things.

A cheap hotel or Air B&B would typically cost her much more.

The problem is, it’s not often done right and these girls are paying that much to sleep on the couch or even on the floor.

And the safety of their things is also in question. A girl shouldn’t have to bring her purse into the bathroom with her to shower. That’s ridiculous. If your house has that much of a theft problem, you aren’t running your house right.

Another alternative is, one I heard about in Las Vegas. A girl goes to stay at a fancy house and her rent is free. But the catch is, she has to do 6 hours of webcam work for free, which covers the cost of her rent for the week.

6 hours of webcam work for free from one house, or $250 a week cash from another. That’s not really that bad if you consider the alternative.

Real rent on your own place, living in a motel for $50 to $100 a day or Air B&B it.

Why is it that the girls are paying for the house. If they are bringing in talent, why not roll that up into the fee for the job and have lodging paid for. For any other entertainment talent, that’s the way it works. Let me rephrase. Why doesn’t one of these new up-and-coming agencies remove that consideration, and let that be known?

You are right Karmafan. 15% agency fees, $35 a day for model house fees, food, 5% for a driver to and from the set and other mystery fees that she should have never been charged for. Most agents don’t charge a fee if a girl webcams but Riley does. Why would an agency get a cut of what a girl makes on her own time, webcamming? Riley from Hussie charges a girl 10% for that shit! Can you believe that?

Easily. She’s a 1099 earner, so she gets hit with the extra self-employment tax on top of her fed and state income taxes. That drops her down to about $48k. Then she pays 10% agency commissikns, which shaves another $8.5k off and drops her to $40k. She still had $2k at the end, so that leaves her with $38k for 6 months.

Considering her living expenses and that she probably isn’t too knowledgeable about money management, it’s not hard to see how she could go through $6k/month.

If only people would spend half as much time educating themselves on financial planning and investing as they do watching porn, we’d have alot more millionaires haha.
