Actually, most court filings are public record in most states (including California). If you can get the case name (usually something like Joe Schmoe v. Clide von Rapist if civil or State of California v. Donald O’Rapey if criminal). You need to know the county where the case was filed and the case name. It does cost money to get the official court filings and hearing/trial minutes but you should be able to get them. You might also have to physically go to the courthouse, not all state courts have an online option to get court filings and hearing minutes. If this was filed in federal court you need to contact the appropriate courthouse and ask how you can get the pertinent paperwork, most court filings and hearing/trial minutes are still public record but it might not be as easy to get the paperwork. If this is a Labor Board filing, good luck getting them, those aren’t completely in the public record. The progress on the cases and the final ruling is public in California (search their website) but interim filings are not there.

I know it’s easy to say contact the police but you’d be surprised how many have and were turned away. A second girl has now come forward and listening to her story is even worse. She did go to the police and they didn’t even want to bother taking her report because in her words “she’s just some porn bitch”. It’s also a big part of why she stayed quiet the past 2 years since the ordeal happened to her. Until this story came out she never even know she had any recourse, especially after her agent who is the one who sent her on the job to be raped in the first place, threated her to keep quiet “or else”. Although we are not going to release names it is my biggest hope that someone will get a copy of these court filings and leak them. People need to know the truth about this agent, especially since it’s been happening for years and is not an isolated incident.

WTF is going on here? I am not going to speculate here on who was raped (and the comments with a person’s initials should be edited by a moderator, it took me 30 seconds to figure out who they are talking about) but whatever piece of shit raped this girl needs his dick and balls cut off, shoved down his throat then having every accessible bone in his body broken with a baseball bat! Rape is worse than murder (at least IMO), I think forcible penetrative rapists are the worst people on the planet — even worse than Al Quida or ISIS (at least the ones that don’t rape people). Whatever agent is involved in this is in serious trouble — at a minimum he/she could lose his talent agency license and at worst he/she could be an accessory to rape — carrying very serious prison time!

As for the talent that was/were raped, I am sorry you had to have that happen to you. Please find a psychiatrist to get psychiatric help — counseling, medication, even inpatient hospitalization if necessary. What happened to you is the worst thing that could happen but it doesn’t have to ruin your whole life. Also, please contact the appropriate police department now if you haven’t already and can’t make him pay physically yourself or your family can’t do it. The fucker that raped you needs the most punishment possible and San Quentin or Corcoran are both horrible places where he will likely be repeatedly raped himself (and he deserves it). Please make sure this person can’t rape anyone else whether you go vigilante or use the police and courts to send him to prison.
