Congratulations, Tasha! Out of curiosity, is this your first university degree (which would likely be your Bachelors) or a Masters or Doctorate?
Congrats to anyone that tries to better their life with a college degree.
So, certainly this is possible but USC’s commencement is not until May 10 and exams are proceeding until May 8. Not saying that this hasn’t happened but just wondering on timing.
Nice call @JimF, Good point. I really believe she has in fact graduated. Tasha has been attending UCLA many many years now , part time and took on many extension coarse. I am thinking there might be a confusion as to weather or not she graduated USC or UCLA
both are University Southern California.
Either way. Congrats
It sounds like Tasha did it the hard way, then. Working full time or nearly full time while attending the financial aid minimum (on the semester system that is six credit hours per term) comes across to me as being extremely difficult. I used to tell my students to borrow the money they need to live off of and pay for tuition/books/computer/etc. and not work during the academic year, taking one semester per year (usually summer term) off to work if they must. For the record those that did it the hard way usually had lower grades in class then those that treated their university educations like a full-time job. However, it sounds like Tasha managed to graduate and I congratulate her.
Matthew was also known for spontaneously scrapping that day’s course material in favor of sharing his vast knowledge of STD testing and safety standards. He also opined to his students that tubal ligation and vasectomies should be mandatory for adult performers and encouraged classroom discourse on that topic.
Wikipedia and this article from NY Daily News says she graduated UCLA with a bachelors of Gender Studies in 2014.

Hop, why would I scrap the day’s lesson to discuss birth control? Professors were given a lot of leeway but that discussion would be best left for nursing or physician assistant courses (or if a general adult film industry discussion maybe some liberal arts course), certainly not appropriate for an accounting or taxation course. Do me a favor, stick to sucking down fifths of tequila while editing your movies and leave the jokes to those that can actually be funny. BTW, tell me how you manage to direct movies while sucking down fifths of hard liquor like the rest of us drink water.
This is likely a Master’s degree, then, dafib. Will she be going on for her Doctorate? Too bad her BA is in gender studies, there is little use for that subject outside of teaching and for full tenure she will need that Doctorate.
