They extended it to the 12th (Four days notice) due to the massive outrage following the announcement. Didn’t even bother emailing everyone the update, instead the only place it was ever mentioned was the XBIZ forums.

They also didn’t bother informing any of the affiliate programs or anyone else paying out affiliates, models, studios, ect. via Paxum. Most of them learned about this from concerned people forwarding their emails to the businesses / account reps.

It’s been a while (like half year, I wanna say?) since they’ve been accepting new US Paxum applications, so not really surprised to see this. But the lack of adaquate announcement I find to be a huge red flag.
