Hoping to have a response from their counsel shortly. I feel positive about the progress, but there’s a bunch of hoops to jump through. We (attorneys, performer victims of PWL, non-performers victims of PWL, government investigators, and others) are providing them with everything they need, and clearing hoop after hoop. I encourage everyone to try and get links removed in the interim — at the very least it helps illustrate the massive continuing need for our effort with Google.
