Mike – I suppose one has to consider all possibilities, but does it make sense that the performer is a girl-only performer. I’m no expert, but what I’ve always read is that girl-to-girls transmission is difficult. Although if she’s girl-girl and tested positive, I guess you have to quarantine anyone who did anything with her.

Especially if a male is infected, I agree with you Alex. If the male is Patient Zero and he is active we have a host of issues here. If the male is Patient Zero and works for Kink with the way they all cast the same group of people in their scenes (necessarily since the kinky performer pool isn’t that large) this could take a whole company down. If a first or second degree performer works for Kink this would make the quarantined list skyrocket as one person working for Kink could easily do 20-25 scenes a month just there with up to 60-70 people added to the quarantine list from that one person if he/she is first degree.

I’ll take “How to bring down an entire industry for months” for $5,000,000,000, Alex. 🙁

Radaronline’s article is pretty vague, but implies that the performer is male. A dozen girls could very likely be the count of performances that a guy could have, especially with the pills and such to keep him “up”.

My guess is that we haven’t seen anywhere near the end of this, and production is very likely to grind to a halt for weeks or longer
