Rob Black is finally starting to see the folly of his ways. Yesterday he said, “Take everybody following Rob Black out. We know nobody is going to go on the record and say “I follow Rob Black.”
Rob has painted himself into a corner, and now there is nowhere to go. You cant be leader unles people will back you, and even Rob knows that nobody is going to follow him.
But he still doesnt fully get it. He continues to spout that he is the only one addressing these issues, and taking credit for things he had nothing to do with.
Rob could have made a real difference, but he thinks that he is more important than the issues at hand. He has the mistaken notion that talk is equal to action. How can Rob seriously try to convince people that he should be the industry leader, the head of UAWA, when he knows nobody will follow him?

Rob, you arent more important than the issues. Maybe you dont realize that you make it seem that it is more important that Rob Black is talking, than what he is talking about.

In reply to laura. Best of luck, Laura. You've made a great decision. Wife and I quit almost five months ago. Not only do we feel much better physically, food tastes better, and smells are more pronounced, but for me at least, there is a great sense of liberation in not being controlled by the habit. Congratulations in advance, let us know how it goes.
