I think if that comes to pass most of our talent will leave the industry and start camming/making their own content and requiring tests themselves. Contrary to popular belief, HIV/AIDS can still kill even with treatment. Some people don’t respond to AIDS treatment, it is a very small number but there is more than one article in peer-reviewed medical journals about this. Performers have to accept a small risk of getting AIDS but that risk should be reduced as far as reasonably possible — which includes mandatory VD testing and serosorting of HIV negative and HIV positive performers separately where one does not perform with the other. Unfortunately, condoms actually increase the risk of VD in adult film sex where the fucking lasts for 2-3 hours at a time so VD testing is all we have to protect as many as possible while still having a vibrant adult film industry.

There are even laptop computers out that use biometrics now for security. In actuality, biometrics are useless for monetization and supposedly are supposedly nearly foolproof for identifying someone. Unfortunately it is early in biometrics and IMO we really don’t know for sure how secure it is for identification and won’t until the technology is in wider use and has millions of people using it for identification purposes. IMO biometrics should be backed up with a second form of verification such as a fingerprint scanner or secure password.

As for Pepe Le Pew, I am glad he is stepping down. His and his friend’s insistence on people performing with HIV positive talent was asinine and for that he can go burn in Hell! I hope Ian is a better CEO of the FSC than Eric was, realizing what the industry really needs rather than just a select few that wanted treated HIV positive performers able to fuck HIV negative ones. I think what Mike South said a couple of years ago about the FSC being corrupt and needing to be put out to pasture is even more correct than when he said it.
