Someone who matters needs to say “take it down.” If they do, it will be down forthwith. I’m not saying you don’t matter, Mikey. (Altho some would disagree with me on that.) I’m saying it should be someone who either gets or gives work for a lot of people or who is responsible for putting money into plenty of people’s pockets. Back in the day, for instance, if Russ Hampshire said take it down, down it would be taken.

What the fuck is right! It seems like Sharon Mitchell would have at least took the tests down after they expired. It sounds like once AIM failed she didn’t do the things you are supposed to when the business fails. I wonder if the tax returns (with nothing due) and non-profit reporting requirements will be met at the end of the year (they went to an LLC but I think they were still certified as a non-profit with the IRS), if not Sharon could be in big trouble as the head of the organization! I can see leaving the videos up as agents and producers would still use them (I happen to have DVD copies I had sent to me a couple of years ago) but the tests still being up is assinine.

AIM’s whole website is still online. I guess they must have prepaid their service and since the organization no longer exists the service hasn’t been cancelled.
