Misha Montana is taking fans on a very special trip with the release of Alt Erotic feature InkedXXXploitation – a revealing account of the adult star’s personal life and emotional journey amid life-threatening health struggles, available now at AltErotic.com.
The reality-style feature, filmed by Alt Erotic Director and company CEO Ivan – who also happens to be Montana’s fiancé – took 275 days to complete and is filled with never-before-seen moments from her life, including her devastating stroke and heart surgery earlier this year, and subsequent onscreen comeback.

Ivan noted that Montana “goes full-bore with comeback scenes only weeks after her stroke”, with scenes that include her AVN Awards Red Carpet ‘Alien Pussy’ five-hour tattoo session, which concluded with a blow bang, and two scenes a few weeks after her stroke with Marica Hase and Tommy Pistol.
Montana shot a Girl/Girl scene with Evilyn Ink as she gets a heartbeat tattooed on the back of her neck while mid-scene. The last scene is a three-way with Evilyn Ink and Johnny Goodluck as she gets heart-shaped barbed wire tattoos around her nipples.
InkedXXXploitation also follows Montana’s first meeting with Ivan and their first UFO coach sister date in Los Angeles, as well as the Alt Porn Awards, where Ivan proposes to Misha LIVE on the red carpet with a surprise butt tattoo proposal.
