Award-winning adult star and June 2018 Vixen Angel Mia Malkova finally had estranged husband Danny Mountain served with divorce papers, MikeSouth.com has learned.
The blonde native Californian wed the British-born carpenter turned porn stud in 2014.
Malkova, 26, announced her split from Mountain, 34, in January via social media.
Mountain did not take it well:

In the months since, Malkova reportedly had difficulty serving Mountain with the papers.
The state of California has a no-fault divorce law since 1970. The Family Law Act replaced California’s action for divorce with a proceeding for dissolution of marriage on the grounds of irreconcilable differences. This permits a family court to grant a divorce in response to a petition by either party of the marriage. Per the petition, the grounds of irreconcilable differences are accepted as true.
Sources tell MikeSouth.com that Mountain had been actively avoiding service, however.
Mountain was previously married to adult performer Eva Angelina from 2007-2009, and the union produced a child. We hear that Mountain also has other offspring in the U.K. whom he has nothing to do with.
