We get random emails from time to time from female talent about a certain male talent pressuring them to do a private with “Richard from Malibu“.
The problem they have isn’t being asked, but what happens after they turn the job down. They are being pressured which then turns into harassment and sometimes downright verbal abuse when they aren’t interested.
A girl has a right to say no. #NOMEANSNO
A girl has a right not to want to escort. Just because a girl does porn doesn’t mean she does escorting.
Don’t get me wrong, I see nothing wrong with doing privates, or not doing privates. It should be the girls choice though.
And even if a girl does escorting, a girl has the right to say no to your client if she wants to. Who do you think you are trying to pressure a girl into doing something she doesn’t want to do?
If a porn chick says no, then no means no. Drop the subject and move on. Get over yourself already and stop trying to exploit someone for your own personal gain isn’t cool and you should consider this post your one and only warning.
Trying to coerce or even trick a porn star into having sex with “Richard from Malibu” not only makes you a douchebag but also party to a criminal act.
If we hear one more time about this, we will start naming names.
Stop texting a girl and harassing them.
When a girl says no, she means no.
It’s not open for debate. It’s not an invitation to discuss the matter further. NO MEANS NO. I mean it. Consider this your last warning. Stop harassing girls. If a girl says she is not interested, stop asking them and stop trying to pressure them to do it.
If you are the male talent doing this, consider yourself warned.
I will not only out you, I will also start discussing your client’s clean-up methods.

If you have the ability to investigate further it might be wise to do so. There was a Richard Nanula using a camera in the room to “legalize” and trick performers to (essentially) do privates with him. There are a couple of articles on here as well as more than I can link here on the web describing this. If this “Richard from Malibu” is Mr. Nanula it will make for quite a journalistic coup as he is a former executive for Miramax, Disney and Amgen as well as having been known for this type of activity in the past. Mr. Nanula also had a connection (if he didn’t live) in LA County of which Malibu is on the northern border between LA and Ventura Counties. I hope this is another creep just sharing the same first name but someone living in the area and trusted by performers affected could possibly blow this thing into the stratosphere if it the same person as the 2013 Nanula scandal.

I should have made more clear — according to the Daily Mail some or all of the 2013 privates/fake pornos were filmed at a Malibu estate at least known to these people to be Mr. Nanula’s. That makes “Richard from Malibu” alarm bells to go off in my head that this requires more journalistic investigation.
