Big problems at Minxxx.com! WARNING!!!

I remember the first time I laid eyes on new website MinXXX.com. I thought how amazingly similar it was to those of the vixen.com family. At first, I wondered if in fact it was another Greg Lansky product – but it turns out it was just a copycat.

According to a story about their launch on AVN, Dylan Snow and his partner Matthew Freund spent six months shooting high-end content in preparation for the launch.

They officially launched their site minxxx.com on June 15th, but by August 19th the site was already taken down for lack of payment.

Of course, their web hosting company isn’t the only one that got left holding the bag.  There is a long line of people who also haven’t been paid. There is the video editor, who they owe for two months worth of work. There are at least two different talent agents who haven’t been paid. One is owed more than $1,000 and the other is owed more than $3,000.

We reached out to Matthew Freund for comment about all of our calls went directly to voicemail. We would have loved to have left him a message, but it voicemail was full and no longer accepting new messages.

Dylan Snow, a male performer is the main partner and front man for the minxxx.com project. As a result of his lying and not paying so many people, he’s found himself on quite a few no lists, meaning he can’t get work as a performer either. Which I personally think is a good thing.

You shouldn’t be able to screw countless people out of thousands of dollars and then face no consequences.

In an email exchange, he discounted the money he owed to various people saying they can’t actually “sue him” because the amount is under $5k in each case, so they would just have to take him to small claims court.

As if somehow that didn’t count as a judgment. The boy is clearly delusional.

If you are contacted by anyone from minxxx.com or Dylan Snow trying to book scenes with you, I would be careful and remember that if they have scammed others out of all of that money, what is to stop them from doing it to you too?

Consider yourself warned!

  1. The Manxxx owner company can most definitely be sued unless it has filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy. I can’t speak completely accurately to California in filing general civil below the small claims limits other than to say that either can be filed below those limits but here in Michigan a general civil case can be filed for any amount (technically). Attorneys for banks do it all the time, a bank/credit union employee could use small claims — which we did at the credit unions I worked compliance at (although we didn’t file any California cases) — but hired attorneys not also W2 reported bank employees can not). For $1,000 small claims might be the best route to go anyway and once a judgement is obtained the plaintiff can either file for garnishment or asset seizure themselves or turn it over to an attorney at that time. The same process applies for the $3,000 debt although it might be advisable to hire an attorney in certain esoteric cases, in Michigan the small claims limit as of 2017 is $5,000 and in 2024 it will be $7,000. In California (as of 2017) the small claims limit for individuals is $10,000 and for corporate entities $5,000 with a limit of two cases per year over $2,500. The corporate veil (in existence in all states except maybe Louisiana which uses Napoleonic Law, since I haven’t dealt with it I can’t speak to it knowledgeably) would probably prevent filing on Mr. Snow and Mr. Freund’s personal assets though and any attorney worth their bar card would have advised incorporating and not simply creating a partnership for their studio to protect their personal assets in this type of situation. With this in mind Mr. Snow and Mr. Freund are probably not in danger of having to personally pay these potential judgements unless outright fraud can be proven. They both can (unofficially) be blackballed from working in the industry ever again, though — that is known as “flunking out of porn”. I suspect that will in actuality be on a company by company basis, some company owners may decide not to hire them for work whereas some probably won’t give a shit and will hire them anyway.

  2. Dylan Snow got blacklisted by several agents making it very hard if not near impossible to get work as a male talent.

Now he’s on twitter telling everyone he’s got an offer he can’t refuse and that is the reason he is going to transition out of being a male talent. lol no dumb ass it’s because you got blacklisted and nobody will let you work with their people. Why lie?
