“Everything is Off”: Trump’s Lawyer Nullified NDA and Stormy Daniels ‘is Going to Tell Her Story’

Adult film star Stormy Daniels is no longer bound by a nondisclosure agreement ( NDA ) after Donald Trump’s lawyer admitted he paid her, and is thus is free to tell her story, manager Gina Rodriguez says.

President Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen claimed in a statement to media he privately paid Stormy Daniels $130,000 in 2016.  Mr. Cohen’s statement about what he called “a private transaction” was the first time that he had acknowledged a role in the payment, which was first reported in January by The Wall Street Journal.

Ms. Rodriguez says that acknowledgement allows her client to speak freely.

“Everything is off now, and Stormy is going to tell her story,” Ms Rodriguez told the Associated Press on Wednesday.

Rodriguez’s statement comes on the heels of Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen telling the New York Times that he paid Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, out of his own pocket.

“Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed me for the payment, either directly or indirectly,” Mr Cohen told the New York Times.

He said he told the Federal Election Commission the same after a watchdog group filed a complaint about the payment, claiming that it had served as an “in-kind” political contribution to Trump’s campaign.

“The payment to Ms. Clifford was lawful, and was not a campaign contribution or a campaign expenditure by anyone,” said Cohen.

Responding to questions from CNN about why the payment was made, Mr Cohen said: “Just because something isn’t true doesn’t mean that it can’t cause you harm or damage.”

Mr. Cohen was among Mr. Trump’s fiercest defenders during his time at the Trump Organization, often telling reporters during the 2016 presidential campaign that even false information about Mr. Trump could be damaging if printed.

Daniels had told her story to the magazine In Touch in 2011, as well as the gossip website TheDirty.com prior to singing a nondisclosure pact. Both accounts were published last month after the report of the 2016 payment.

Of late, Daniels has remained tight-lipped when asked directly about Mr Trump in interviews.

However, minutes after President Trump’s first formal State of the Union address to Congress, she gave an interview to late night comedian Jimmy Kimmel in which she all but explicitly verified the existence of an NDA.

  1. I hope she gets that seven figures. That would make Stormy the third female performer to become a millionaire off of the industry (Jenna Jameson and Juli Ashton are the other two). I know this is only tangentially connected but President Orange Hair wouldn’t have wanted anything to do with her except that she was an adult film performer and (supposedly) knew how to suck and fuck a dick. Stormy should kiss Brad Armstrong’s dick for bringing her into the industry with her immediate contract with Wicked rather than her having to do gonzo porn to get known and sully her upper crust image in the industry. Of course now that she is working for Double Penetration (excuse me, Digital Playground) she will have to suck and fuck porn executives like a JM Productions gonzo girl to keep her job. 🙂

  2. Now today it came out that our fearless leader carried on an affair with Playboy PMOTY Karen McDougal. She got paid $150k for her silence.

  3. Anyone wanna take bets on how many days after he gets out of office before Milania files for divorce?

  4. @Karma

My three wooden nickels say she doesn’t due to prenup & a bigger payout if he’s ready to move onto the next wife
