As was previously reported many shooters are still owed money by ATK and many are no longer shooting for ATK unless they get cash up front which has resulted in a lot of cancellations.
Although Nielsen has been paying his shooters small amounts to reduce outstanding balances, he’s late, often very late paying for shoots he recently ordered. He needs a lot of content to feed the sites and has been trying to cut costs by bringing shooting in house.
Look at Aaliyah Love’s Twitter feed, Nielsen was reducing costs by flying models-three I think, including Aaliyah to Las Vegas, staying in the Bellagio, and shooting scenes for the Girlfriends site where he’s the male talent.
And in Vegas you can bet he wasn’t eating at Taco Bell to cut costs even further. He went to Vegas because he thought he could avoid the long arm of OSHA but I looked at the OSHA inspection notice you posted on your site and it’s a Federal matter so going to Nevada won’t make any difference. The really insane thing to me is that he’s flaunting all these laws and regulations but he’s incriminating himself by shooting video of all that and posting it on one a website.
There’s a lot more but let me just say that Nielsen’s behavior the last six months has become unpredictable and even reckless. OSHA are on his case, and I heard a rumor that the IRS is too. He is also involved in a nasty divorce which may be the catalyst for much of this.
This could get very ugly.

They could pick a worse place to film — Michigan. Fornication is a life in prison offense here and the proof would be the scene posted on their website and the 2257 records would show the location where the video was shot — guaranteed conviction and ticket to get fucked up the ass by five bubbas every night for life (or in the case of women the ass fucking would be done by five male guards nightly). I think I would take my chances with Vegas too compared to Michigan (I think Nevada only has a prostitution and pandering law and not fornication, IIRC the Nevada courts there are only giving about four years of ass fucking for prostitution and pandering rather than Michigan’s mandatory non parole life multiplied by at least three charges). The producers going to Vegas are taking a big chance but at least if they get caught they have the light at the end of their tunnel, in Michigan that light doesn’t exist and our prisons are much harder than Nevada’s as well including the guaranteed HIV infection from those five bubba ass fucking sessions with the bubba squad.
On the subject of prison, I wonder how long it will take for Rob Black to get arrested for something. Oh well, at least if he gets arrested he should know the drill from his stay at La Tuna (or was that Rob Black blew a pussy that smelled like a tuna). 🙂
