  1. Brenn Wyson’s scenes for Kink’s Bound In Public and Naked Kombat had condoms used for anal intercourse.

  2. If you have Hep C and do not notify your sex partners, whether private or in the workplace you are a piece of shit, a living, breathing, walking, talking piece of shit. Condom or not, a pice of shit. But at least this guy is coming forward, how about the rest of you, who will undoubtably not be goint to TTS this month in order to continue hiding your Hep C status. And just a reminder, Hep C is one of the tests you are legally required to test for according to Section 5193 OSHA standards, it is specifically listed in the regulation.

Not to start a huge debate here, but Jamie, are you in some way trying to downplay the lack of partner notification because he wore a condom? Kink is a place of business, not a private bedroom. If there was any exposure to any pathogen the law requires the employer to offer testing and follow up treatment, although we all know they never do. But thats ALL about to change now.

  3. The REAL questions are, Did Kink know he had Hep C when they hired him? Did an agent book him, and did the agent know he had Hep C? Was the person who was booked to work with him notified by anybody, Kink, and agent, or the infected person themself?

You can rest assured that those people who have worked with him in the past will be contacting Lily’s lawyer. I commend him for standing up, but its going to cost him, as it should.

  4. With the amount of crossover performers these days there is no more distintction between the industries regarding the spread of stds.
It does not matter. And all this absolute bullshit about the escorts working OUTSIDE the industry, To all you effing idiots who use this excuse, the escorts are bringing the untested johns into your pool, and exposing the johns to the disease in the industry. It works both ways you morons. It can just as easily be argued that the escorts are exposing the johns to all the diseases that are in the industry right now, today!!!

And the gay industry doesnt test for anything, and accoding to The Sword’s last survey of gay performers the HIV rate is about 40%.

  5. Jilted girls escorts out side porn indusrty with untest men same kind of bad as crossover performers. No one testing the guys escroting the female porn stars that are escorting no one make sure girls that are escorting are take any safty measures as escort. So not silly issue you claim be. Porn indusrty claim to be safe indusrty on fact all fuck same test people in that indusrty how ever female porn stars escorting with men out side indusrty makes argument fall apart becuase no one testing men there fucking. There absolute no proof that porn stars escorting are take any steps keep them self safe from getting std. Only people scream unfair are same people escorting who are not safe who do not care if they give some one std untill they get one or get caught give one. To you all in porn indusrty think that Mr. Marcus is only one would do what he did think again there female porn stars that well happly give you Std if you escort with them. If absolute have fuck porn star go to Bunny Ranch brothel you well get ever thing you desire there girls there do ever thing you see in porn movies be much safer than on porn set. I have been Bunny Ranch I have fucked porn star there got best oral sex out side porn movie I did have worry about getting std. I stay there for two days in vip room where kept empty cristal champagne bottles.

  6. oh for crying out loud people..
Let me explain something.. does anyone know how hep c is even transmitted?
    BLOOD..

so if she were having sex with someone who had hep C, that person would have had to have been bleeding as well as her having an open wound .. Blood to blood contact is the only PROVEN way to get hep C..

my guess is she shot up some drugs with people around her with bad behavior, or even shared a razor.. chances of it being passed are extremely low.. So low to best of my knowledge, there has never been a documented case of HEP C being transmitted through sex

  7. What is hepatitis?

“Hepatitis” means inflammation of the liver. Toxins, certain drugs, some diseases, heavy alcohol use, and bacterial and viral infections can all cause hepatitis. Hepatitis is also the name of a family of viral infections that affect the liver; the most common types are Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C.

What is the difference between Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C?

Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C are diseases caused by three different viruses. Although each can cause similar symptoms, they have different modes of transmission and can affect the liver differently. Hepatitis A appears only as an acute or newly occurring infection and does not become chronic. People with Hepatitis A usually improve without treatment. Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C can also begin as acute infections, but in some people, the virus remains in the body, resulting in chronic disease and long-term liver problems. There are vaccines to prevent Hepatitis A and B; however, there is not one for Hepatitis C. If a person has had one type of viral hepatitis in the past, it is still possible to get the other types.

    What is Hepatitis C?

Hepatitis C is a contagious liver disease that ranges in severity from a mild illness lasting a few weeks to a serious, lifelong illness that attacks the liver. It results from infection with the Hepatitis C virus (HCV), which is spread primarily through contact with the blood of an infected person. Hepatitis C can be either “acute” or “chronic.”

Acute Hepatitis C virus infection is a short-term illness that occurs within the first 6 months after someone is exposed to the Hepatitis C virus. For most people, acute infection leads to chronic infection.

Chronic Hepatitis C virus infection is a long-term illness that occurs when the Hepatitis C virus remains in a person’s body. Hepatitis C virus infection can last a lifetime and lead to serious liver problems, including cirrhosis (scarring of the liver) or liver cancer.

    Statistics

How common is acute Hepatitis C in the United States?

In 2009, there were an estimated 16,000 acute Hepatitis C virus infections reported in the United States.

How common is chronic Hepatitis C in the United States?

An estimated 3.2 million persons in the United States have chronic Hepatitis C virus infection. Most people do not know they are infected because they don’t look or feel sick.

How likely is it that acute Hepatitis C will become chronic?

Approximately 75%–85% of people who become infected with Hepatitis C virus develop chronic infection.

    Transmission / Exposure

    How is Hepatitis C spread?
Hepatitis C is usually spread when blood from a person infected with the Hepatitis C virus enters the body of someone who is not infected. Today, most people become infected with the Hepatitis C virus by sharing needles or other equipment to inject drugs. Before 1992, when widespread screening of the blood supply began in the United States, Hepatitis C was also commonly spread through blood transfusions and organ transplants.

People can become infected with the Hepatitis C virus during such activities as
•Sharing needles, syringes, or other equipment to inject drugs
•Needlestick injuries in health care settings
•Being born to a mother who has Hepatitis C

Less commonly, a person can also get Hepatitis C virus infection through
•Sharing personal care items that may have come in contact with another person’s blood, such as razors or toothbrushes
•Having sexual contact with a person infected with the Hepatitis C virus

Can Hepatitis C be spread through sexual contact?

Yes, but the risk of transmission from sexual contact is believed to be low. The risk increases for those who have multiple sex partners, have a sexually transmitted disease, engage in rough sex, or are infected with HIV. More research is needed to better understand how and when Hepatitis C can be spread through sexual contact.

Can you get Hepatitis C by getting a tattoo or piercing?

A few major research studies have not shown Hepatitis C to be spread through licensed, commercial tattooing facilities. However, transmission of Hepatitis C (and other infectious diseases) is possible when poor infection-control practices are used during tattooing or piercing. Body art is becoming increasingly popular in the United States, and unregulated tattooing and piercing are known to occur in prisons and other informal or unregulated settings. Further research is needed to determine if these types of settings and exposures are responsible for Hepatitis C virus transmission.

Can Hepatitis C be spread within a household?

Yes, but this does not occur very often. If Hepatitis C virus is spread within a household, it is most likely a result of direct, through-the-skin exposure to the blood of an infected household member.

How should blood spills be cleaned from surfaces to make sure that Hepatitis C virus is gone?

Any blood spills — including dried blood, which can still be infectious — should be cleaned using a dilution of one part household bleach to 10 parts water. Gloves should be worn when cleaning up blood spills.

How long does the Hepatitis C virus survive outside the body?

The Hepatitis C virus can survive outside the body at room temperature, on environmental surfaces, for at least 16 hours but no longer than 4 days.

What are ways Hepatitis C is not spread?

Hepatitis C virus is not spread by sharing eating utensils, breastfeeding, hugging, kissing, holding hands, coughing, or sneezing. It is also not spread through food or water.

Who is at risk for Hepatitis C?

Some people are at increased risk for Hepatitis C, including
•Current injection drug users (currently the most common way Hepatitis C virus is spread in the United States)
•Past injection drug users, including those who injected only one time or many years ago
•Recipients of donated blood, blood products, and organs (once a common means of transmission but now rare in the United States since blood screening became available in 1992)
•People who received a blood product for clotting problems made before 1987
•Hemodialysis patients or persons who spent many years on dialysis for kidney failure
•People who received body piercing or tattoos done with non-sterile instruments
•People with known exposures to the Hepatitis C virus, such as
?Health care workers injured by needlesticks
?Recipients of blood or organs from a donor who tested positive for the Hepatitis C virus
    •HIV-infected persons
•Children born to mothers infected with the Hepatitis C virus

    Less common risks include:
•Having sexual contact with a person who is infected with the Hepatitis C virus
•Sharing personal care items, such as razors or toothbrushes, that may have come in contact with the blood of an infected person

What is the risk of a pregnant woman passing Hepatitis C to her baby?

Hepatitis C is rarely passed from a pregnant woman to her baby. About 4 of every 100 infants born to mothers with Hepatitis C become infected with the virus. However, the risk becomes greater if the mother has both HIV infection and Hepatitis C.

Can a person get Hepatitis C from a mosquito or other insect bite?

Hepatitis C virus has not been shown to be transmitted by mosquitoes or other insects.

Can I donate blood, organs, or semen if I have Hepatitis C?

No, if you ever tested positive for the Hepatitis C virus (or Hepatitis B virus), experts recommend never donating blood, organs, or semen because this can spread the infection to the recipient.

    Symptoms

What are the symptoms of acute Hepatitis C?

Approximately 70%–80% of people with acute Hepatitis C do not have any symptoms. Some people, however, can have mild to severe symptoms soon after being infected, including
    •Fever
    •Fatigue
    •Loss of appetite
    •Nausea
    •Vomiting
    •Abdominal pain
    •Dark urine
    •Clay-colored bowel movements
    •Joint pain
•Jaundice (yellow color in the skin or eyes)

How soon after exposure to Hepatitis C do symptoms appear?

If symptoms occur, the average time is 6–7 weeks after exposure, but this can range from 2 weeks to 6 months. However, many people infected with the Hepatitis C virus do not develop symptoms.

Can a person spread Hepatitis C without having symptoms?

Yes, even if a person with Hepatitis C has no symptoms, he or she can still spread the virus to others.

Is it possible to have Hepatitis C and not know it?

Yes, many people who are infected with the Hepatitis C virus do not know they are infected because they do not look or feel sick.

What are the symptoms of chronic Hepatitis C?

Most people with chronic Hepatitis C do not have any symptoms. However, if a person has been infected for many years, his or her liver may be damaged. In many cases, there are no symptoms of the disease until liver problems have developed. In persons without symptoms, Hepatitis C is often detected during routine blood tests to measure liver function and liver enzyme (protein produced by the liver) level.

How serious is chronic Hepatitis C?

Chronic Hepatitis C is a serious disease that can result in long-term health problems, including liver damage, liver failure, liver cancer, or even death. It is the leading cause of cirrhosis and liver cancer and the most common reason for liver transplantation in the United States. Approximately 15,000 people die every year from Hepatitis C related liver disease.

What are the long-term effects of Hepatitis C?

Of every 100 people infected with the Hepatitis C virus, about
•75–85 people will develop chronic Hepatitis C virus infection; of those,
?60–70 people will go on to develop chronic liver disease
?5–20 people will go on to develop cirrhosis over a period of 20–30 years
?1–5 people will die from cirrhosis or liver cancer

    Tests

Can a person have normal liver enzyme (e.g., ALT) results and still have Hepatitis C?

Yes. It is common for persons with chronic Hepatitis C to have a liver enzyme level that goes up and down, with periodic returns to normal or near normal. Some infected persons have liver enzyme levels that are normal for over a year even though they have chronic liver disease. If the liver enzyme level is normal, persons should have their enzyme level re-checked several times over a 6–12 month period. If the liver enzyme level remains normal, the doctor may check it less frequently, such as once a year.

Who should get tested for Hepatitis C?

Talk to your doctor about being tested for Hepatitis C if any of the following are true:
    •You were born from 1945 through 1965
•You are a current or former injection drug user, even if you injected only one time or many years ago.
•You were treated for a blood clotting problem before 1987.
•You received a blood transfusion or organ transplant before July 1992.
•You are on long-term hemodialysis treatment.
•You have abnormal liver tests or liver disease.
•You work in health care or public safety and were exposed to blood through a needlestick or other sharp object injury.
    •You are infected with HIV.

If you are pregnant, should you be tested for Hepatitis C?

No, getting tested for Hepatitis C is not part of routine prenatal care. However, if a pregnant woman has risk factors for Hepatitis C virus infection, she should speak with her doctor about getting tested.

What blood tests are used to test for Hepatitis C?

Several different blood tests are used to test for Hepatitis C. A doctor may order just one or a combination of these tests. Typically, a person will first get a screening test that will show whether he or she has developed antibodies to the Hepatitis C virus. (An antibody is a substance found in the blood that the body produces in response to a virus.) Having a positive antibody test means that a person was exposed to the virus at some time in his or her life. If the antibody test is positive, a doctor will most likely order a second test to confirm whether the virus is still present in the person’s bloodstream.

    Treatment

How is acute Hepatitis C treated?

There is no medication available to treat acute Hepatitis C infection. Doctors usually recommend rest, adequate nutrition, and fluids.

How is chronic Hepatitis C treated?

Each person should discuss treatment options with a doctor who specializes in treating hepatitis. This can include some internists, family practitioners, infectious disease doctors, or hepatologists (liver specialists). People with chronic Hepatitis C should be monitored regularly for signs of liver disease and evaluated for treatment. The treatment most often used for Hepatitis C is a combination of two medicines, interferon and ribavirin. However, not every person with chronic Hepatitis C needs or will benefit from treatment. In addition, the drugs may cause serious side effects in some patients.

Is it possible to get over Hepatitis C?

Yes, approximately 15%–25% of people who get Hepatitis C will clear the virus from their bodies without treatment and will not develop chronic infection. Experts do not fully understand why this happens for some people.

What can a person with chronic Hepatitis C do to take care of his or her liver?

People with chronic Hepatitis C should be monitored regularly by an experienced doctor. They should avoid alcohol because it can cause additional liver damage. They also should check with a health professional before taking any prescription pills, supplements, or over-the-counter medications, as these can potentially damage the liver. If liver damage is present, a person should check with his or her doctor about getting vaccinated against Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B.

    Vaccination

Is there a vaccine that can prevent Hepatitis C?

Not yet. Vaccines are available only for Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B. Research into the development of a vaccine is under way.

    Hepatitis C and Employment

Should a person infected with the Hepatitis C virus be restricted from working in certain jobs or settings?

CDC’s recommendations for prevention and control of the Hepatitis C virus infection state that people should not be excluded from work, school, play, child care, or other settings because they have Hepatitis C. There is no evidence that people can get Hepatitis C from food handlers, teachers, or other service providers without blood-to-blood contact.

Hepatitis C and Co-infection with HIV

What is HIV and Hepatitis C virus coinfection?

HIV and Hepatitis C virus coinfection refers to being infected with both HIV and the Hepatitis C virus. Coinfection is more common in persons who inject drugs. In fact, 50%–90% of HIV-infected persons who use injection drugs are also infected with the Hepatitis C virus. To learn more about coinfection, visit http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/resources/factsheets/hepatitis.htm.

  8. Here part effect porn indusrty on the cdc report most. Can Hepatitis C be spread through sexual contact?

Yes, but the risk of transmission from sexual contact is believed to be low. The risk increases for those who have multiple sex partners, have a sexually transmitted disease, engage in rough sex, or are infected with HIV.

  9. Which is true but the only way to get hep c is via blood … The reason it says multi partners is because it’s more likely that they will have blood to blood contact from sores .. Now with that said there has not been a documented case of hep c through sex … Blood by both partners has to be Present … I do not believe that he contracted it while having sex on set .. Other things that happen on set maybe

Trust mr I worked for the county sti program which was headed by the CDC

  10. He also has more of a chance of transmitting while boxing waaaay more than having sex !!

  11. Anal sex tears membranes. Rough anal sex tears more membranes. Rough vaginal sex also tears membranes. I think the sex filmed in porn movies would qualify as rough sex by most medical professionals definitions – the vigorousness of the sex and the length to film it. And, while I am no expert, I’m guessing that double anal probably tears even more membranes. While something like double anal was once pretty exotic, Kylie Ireland, Julia Ann, Veronic Avluv and Kagni Lin Karter have all done double anal. Lisa Ann is coming out with a double anal scene. Read the comments on Brazzers, and fans are clamoring for more gang bangs, rougher gang bangs and double anal. This is becoming a mainstream act. That will increase the potential for exposure to blood borne illnesses. The fact that an occurence is rare does not mean that you don’t take reasonable steps to prevent it, especially when those steps prevent the transmission of other diseases that are much more common, much more easily transmitted and can have long-term health consequences. Passing on the clap, chylamidia or herpes is different than giving someone the flu.

When the top actresses in the industry all perform an act, it sets the bar for those below them. Read the comment section on Brazzers or read the tweets on any porn actresses Twitter account, and you find fans asking when is she going to do a gang bang. When is she going to do double anal. As we all know, if the fans want it, the fans deserve to get it.

Porn is at a point where it’s argument is that the First Amendment gives it the right to film anything that any director can conjure, under any circumstances it can conjure, with no safety or health precautions if those would interfere with a fans experience, and with no responsibility or liability for the consequences beyond the financial consequence of producing a dud that no one wants to buy.

No other US industry operates in this manner, not even mainstream entertainment or publishing.

  12. By no means am I saying they shouldn’t get tested hep b is transmitted via body fluids

However yes anal and rough anal sex causes bleeding the receiver or the bottom there still has to be blood from the other person …

I am not saying it can’t happen… The likely hood of him getting it from sex on the set not likely .. Sorry but calling bs on him on that on.. However as I did read his blog whatever he didn’t exactly state he was getting it via sex

  13. Growing evidence suggests hepatitis C can be transmitted sexually

The hepatitis C virus, normally thought to be transmitted exclusively through blood — such as by sharing of needles among intravenous drug abusers — can also be transmitted through sexual activity, principally through anal sex among gay men, a growing body of evidence suggests. The most recent evidence was reported Thursday by New York City researchers who documented an outbreak of the virus, commonly known as HCV, among gay men. Hepatitis C, which can cause severe liver disease and even death if left untreated, affects an estimated 3.2 million Americans. Many infected people show no symptoms, but others have severe disease that can require liver transplants. The infection can be cured in most people with a combination of the drugs pegylated interferon alpha and ribavirin, plus a recently approved drug called Incivek, but treatment is most successful when started early in the course of the disease.

Dr. Daniel Fierer, an infectious diseases expert at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and his colleagues first observed two cases of HCV that they believed to be caused by sexual transmission in late 2005. They requested referrals of similar patients. The team reported Thursday in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report that they found a total of 74 cases. All the men reported having receptive anal sex and none had any other risk factors for HCV, such as intravenous drug abuse. When the team compared the infected men to other gay men who were not infected with the virus, they found that those who became infected were 23 times more likely to have had unprotected gay sex and 29 times more likely to have had anal sex while using crystal methamphetamine. Moreover, genetic analysis showed that there were five separate clusters of the virus, indicating that the virus was getting transmitted through groups of interconnected men.

“While hepatitis C is not sexually transmitted among stable heterosexual couples, this is clearly not the case among HIV-infected [men having sex with men] in New York City,” Fierer said in a statement. Such men, “and to some extent their healthcare providers, are generally not aware that having unprotected receptive sex can result in HCV infection …. Our study suggests that HIV-infected [gay men] should take steps to protect themselves and others by using condoms and by avoiding crystal methamphetamine.”

  14. Sent growning number gay men are crossing right in straight main stream porn there bring long Hep C long with them.

  15. And, here’s what I find interesting about cross-over male talent. You read on other boards that the solution to the STD thing isn’t condoms. It’s getting rid of cross-over talent. They’re a threat to the industry.

Here’s the thing: prohibiting someone from a job based solely on their sexual orientation is a clear violation of the law. If a gay, bi-sexual or transgender man looks right for the part, has a clean bill of health and can perform whatever is required with an opposite sex partner, it is illegal not to hire him solely on the basis of his sexual orientation or off-set activities and proclivities.

So …… while its still to be determined whether the requirement to wear a condom is a public health issue, a workplace safety issue or a First Amendment issue, there’s no question but that refusing to hire cross-over talent because they have homosexual relations off set is a violation of employment law.

And, if the industry wants to argue that it’s not a violation of employment law because its a worker safety and public health issue, then the counter is: then mandate the use of condoms.

The industry cannot have it both ways.

The argument that condoms break, which I see made repeatedly, is just silly. That’s like saying the state shouldn’t mandate the use of seat belts because they occasionally malfunction or that an iron worker should wear a hard hat because it may fall off.

The reported break rate is 4 in 1,000. The most significant factor in condom failure is improper storage – guys leaving them in their wallets.

  16. Micro tears in the anus and vagina cause small amounts of blood. Hep C passes through those tears just like HIV does. The harder someone’s ass and vagina gets screwed, the better the chance of internal rips. Ask producers how many times they have had to stop anal scenes due to rectal bleeding. I know I’ve personally stopped countless amounts and I don’t work anywhere near as much as a busy LA producer, nor am I shoving 2 and 3 penises in there and stretching it to capacity. Anyone who has done a lot of anal or extreme vaginal scenes is at high risk for this.

  17. Jilted he worked with Kink’s Divine Bitches site which is male female interaction as well as their trans porn site called TS seduction. He did not use condoms in either scene. BT I think a model’s choice who to have sex with would trump any kind of gay discrimination claim in a court of law.

Mike I’m surprised it took you so long to post this. Brenn Wyson posted something about it on Michael Fattorosi’s blog months ago.

You better screen save it before he takes it down. Here is the link and text.

    Brennwyson says:

    November 10, 2012 at 3:55 pm

I’ve worked in the porn industry since 2009 with Fabscout. I felt the porn Industry was safe, working with big companies. I have yet learned on a lot of gay porn stars are getting Hep B,C and Aids. My AIM test about 1 year ago, I was tested for Hep C. Howard tells me you probably had it for years or tell me all these other ways I could have been. I was tested for boxing and tested by the Government health and was negative in 2010 and 2011. I don’t share needles. I don’t shoot up or have a lot of sex partners out side of the porn industry. When I found out it destroyed me. Why? Because I could never live my dream in boxing. I was an owner of a gym called Broward Boxing in Florida. Youtube Broward boxing and you will see.

Loosing my dream led me into a deep depression. Ive been boxing my hole life. To become a Pro Boxer. I have fought the best, sparred against the best and beat the best. The fighting world is my family. Loosing my dream, I feel in my own addition to drugs. Only to realized I am not a victim. Now I’m in AA NA

All that said. I call a porn star that I was with after my last shoot for kink.com as the creepy janitor. I asked him if Howard from Fabscout, who is his agent. Told him about me. That I have Hep C. He said, he had no idea. I said to him. Dont you think he should have told you. Howard told me he would have to tell everyone in the industry. So you can make a judgment call.

Howard had reassured me that you can get it in sex its blood to blood. I have found you can get it from rimming. Because blood from your anal. I have learned of so many ways. The shots they give you to make your dick hard. What if they mixed up a needle. Do you know? Are you sure? They are not in the medical field. Your putting your life in there hands.

I did. I put myself there. I made the choices to become a porn star.

Dont let directors ask you to do something you will regret. Like sucking them off after they cum. The director would come up to you and say. Will you suck his dick after he shoots. Tell them, NO!

I have a new fight. I’m fighting for you porn stars with very powerful men. If you have problems lets us know. Will keep it private. [email protected]

I am in the process of publishing my book. Profits from the book is going to help porn stars, sex crimes and sex abuse. I have a purpose and a new fight. My real name is Michael Fox. My facebook is [email protected], Brenn Wyson and Michael Fox’s September Sky.

  18. For what it’s worth, the CDC does say that the risk of transmission by sexual activity is slight, but that people who engage in high-risk sexual activities or who are risk of being exposed to an STD, including Hep viruses, should …. ” have sex with only one uninfected partner or not to have sex at all.
    – to use latex condoms correctly and every time to protect themselves and their partners from diseases spread through sexual activity.
    – to get vaccinated against hepatitis B, and if appropriate, hepatitis A.

The industry likes to use CDC numbers to justify not using condoms, but does not like to use the fact that the CDC says the risk is real and that people at risk who engage in sexual activity should wear a condom.

  19. In this article from Fattorisi(porn troll lawyer) this infected performer asks if the agent who booked him nitified the partner. The agent knew, violation on 1700.33. But the real question again is, Why didnt the infected performer notify his scene partner? This guy should be commended for coming forward yes, but it is going to cost him, again, as it should, and HIS AGENT.

Howard from Fabscout, you gonna be gettin a visit, soooooon

  20. What is it? Race, religion, age, and on what else is a future employer NOT allowed to base their hiring decision? I, for one, would love it if it also included PAST EMPLOYMENT!!! But it doesn’t! So if a former porn performer can’t get a job at Mc Donald’s because they’d ‘create a disturbance’, or can’t get a job teaching or nursing or God forbid anything to do with children, then keeping a crossover performer from doing straight porn should be a no-brainer!
That being said, I don’t understand how the current crop of performers can justify possibly infecting their fellow sex workers with what they may have caught after just one unprotected sexual encounter! With all of the STD’s that have NO SYMPTOMS, how can they be 100% positive they won’t be giving their next partner an extra gift on the set? THEY ARE NOT DOCTORS!!!! Crazy thought, right? So when a performer WANTS to work without condoms, aren’t they basically saying that they don’t give a rat’s ass about the person performing with them? Aren’t they somehow insisting that they are clean and to think otherwise is an insult to them? Hell, their test is only twenty days old and they’ve only had unprotected sex with forty people since then, who were all tested as well (except for the ones who paid more money) so HOW DARE SOMEONE QUESTION THEIR CLEANLINESS!!!

  21. More Wisdom from Mr. Marcus: “The Clinic Didn’t Know Any Better”; “People Just Want to Give Me a Hard Time”

the more he talks the more arrogant he gets

For someone who’s claiming he wants to make amends, Mr. Marcus should start off by telling the truth. But he keeps making excuses and lame comments.

Mr. Marcus interviewed with a website http://www.balleralert.com and adds this to the potpourri of nonsense he’s been spouting:

“Listen that picture [with Lylith Lavey] is like whatever because in reality if you’re standing there looking at it,trust me the girl went and did, but it looked like it was f*****g dry skin. I put on that damn lotion thought it was gonna make it feel better or look better. I thought it was because of f***ing vitamins I shoulda been taken. I’ve been stressing about a lot of different things. Stress can do s**t to your body do things to the way you think do things.”

On Doing 30 Days Of Jail Time & Community Service

“It was time served simple as that, jail is jail. We’re working it out not so much (community) labor, but community effective. It’s unfortunate, I’d rather it not have happened. I’m sorry for the way it looks, you gotta understand the media twists the hell outta this sh**, especially the Huffington Post. It’s also very political, it’s just unfortunate. I caught something curable, a bacteria that’s curable and the only thing I messed up with, is the test because they just didn’t know any better, the clinic I was at. People just wanna give me a hard time, cuz they gotta give somebody a hard time. No one’s sympathetic or gives a f*** about p0rn stars.”

On Whether Or Not He Knows Who Gave Him Syphilis

“I have this fantasy that I’m going to get an email saying, “I gave this to you, I’m the one who did it sorry about that.” Girls come and go, it sucks, it changed the way I look at things I pulled back big time from the biz. I see a lot of s**t in people, especially sexually.”

On How His Family Is Dealing With The Fiasco

“My wife is good, we been through a lot of s**t. It ain’t easy for anybody, especially if you’re on the front page of the news & everybody labels you this way, it kinda sucks. My sister recently died in 2010 and I take care of my sister’s kids along with my mom. It’s on me. It’s on me and my mom, this sh** don’t help, this sh** has NOT helped.”

On Whether Or Not He’s Been Treated Differently By Colleagues & Whether He Has New Films On The Way

“Within the business, hell yeah. If you didn’t like me then, you sure as hell don’t like me now. If you liked me in the beginning, your friendship is probably stronger. I haven’t looked or even asked about (scenes), I don’t know I just feel like I seen so much s**t happened, I’m skeptical of motherf*****s. I don’t know who’s gonna f** with me. I haven’t done a scene since, I’ve pulled back and haven’t even thought twice about it. Not planning on retiring, there’s some things that I’m working on business wise. I love this industry.

I’m always socializing, I meet a lot of people. People come up to me and in the back of my head, if they read this news article, then they must think less of me. What I have had though is a lot more people are friendlier and I’m getting more love. I think people realize I’ve been through a lot and they’re giving me some kind of respect, some kind of peace.”

On His Goals And What He Wants People To Take Away From This

“Look, my goal is to make sure kids think twice. I’ll probably go talk to college kids about this. It all depends on how they see you in the light, they see me as a convict because of what they saw in the news. If I can change people’s minds now, it’ll make it easier to get to that level. I’ve got a lot of work to do especially as a black man.

Look, just go see a doctor make an appointment, do follow ups and get tested. Get more than one opinion and I did all that. Nobody said nothing about syphilis until I went to the doctor and it was as simple as that and take a shot in the ass. He (doctor) eased all my fears. Unfortunately, you had people who didn’t know and it snowballed. It shouldn’t have, but it did.”

This storm isn’t over for Mr. Marcus, he has a LONG way to go and a lot of rebuilding and gaining trust from people in the industry and people in general. Some are just closed-minded to the fact of “what he did” that they just don’t want to hear ANY excuses on him contracting syphilis and filming with women. Of course, we’re not going to give a blind eye to the fact that he had a rash on his penis and not go to the doctor first and instead go online for a diagnosis. We ALL have in one point in our lives gone to the “innanets” to find out what we have, because we “SWEAR” we can self-diagnose ourselves and just follow Dr. WebMd’s directions.

I’m also sure a lot of you are going to mention the fact that he’s been in the industry for 15+ years and the only STD’s he knows about are chlamydia and gonorrhea. He should know better because hell, YOU, know about every STD out there. I know it’s hard to say don’t judge him, because I did. Mr. Marcus wished he handled this situation better, he didn’t BUT he’s trying to make up his mistakes. Let him, don’t tear him down. He KNOWS he f****d up, we don’t need to bash him in the head.

  22. Kink’s fem dom site Divine Bitches uses a lot of gay talent and often times don’t use condoms for Divine Bitches shoots. A lot of these guys are escorts or do gay bareback.

This one shoots for kink and is now represented by ATMLA

    http://www.atmla.com/atmla2/tour/performers/35801-pornstar-joey-driver/details.php

This one was Treasure Island Media’s biggest star and bragged on another forum about having been in a long term relationship with a HIV+ guy. Treasure Island Media was fined by OSHA and is a notorious bareback company. Shot with Devil’s Films without a condom.

    http://menofporn.typepad.com/menofporn/2012/03/the-str8-porn-star-in-derek-anthony-of-treasure-island-media.html

All of these links are NSFW but the point is that Kink regularly uses gay talent that works with untested talent in the gay side of the industry. Do you really think a female performer would knowingly have sex with a guy that is in a relationship with someone who is HIV+?

Mike, Falcon studios also based in San Francisco is being sued by a former employee who claims he had to inject male talent with TriMix.

    http://www.queerty.com/man-suing-gay-porn-studios-for-forcing-him-to-inject-actors-penises-with-trimix-20121016/

    This isn’t good people.

  23. In one of the comments on Mike’s site, someone wrote that banning cross-overs wouldn’t be discriminatory. A girl putting a cross-over on her no list would solve the problem. I actually think the no list is another example of porn making up its own rules, and rules that probably wouldn’t hold up if put to the kind of test that other businesses operate under.

An actress clearly doesn’t have to perform in any scene she doesn’t want to perform in; do anything she doesn’t want to do; or do it with someone she doesn’t want to do it with. In other words, she has a right to walk away from a job. If I’m a producer of All Anal Interracial MILFS, and Julia Ann says, I’d rather not appear in anal interracial scene, hire another actress, it’s her right to turn down the job. If she’s offered the scene and it includes Mr. Marcus, she has the right to say, you know, I’d rather not work with him, hire another actress to work with him. She is turning down the work opportunity.

But, if an actress is hired, and the director says, I have hired James Deen to be your partner, and she says, I won’t work with him because I am a skinhead and he is Jewish. I won’t work with a Jewish performer. You need to fire him and hire another performer who isn’t Jewish, it would be discriminatory for the producer or director to fire James Deen for that reason.

Similarly, if I’m a professional point guard and a basketball team’s leading scorer, I could not present management with a no list that says you can’t hire Jason Collins because I will not accept rebounds from a gay center. He’s gay. You can’t hire him. Or, in the alternative, if Collins is hired next season, his teammates cannot present management with a no list demanding that he be traded because they don’t want to share a locker room shower with a gay guy.

I think the same would hold true in the case of porn. Actresses would clearly have the right to turn down work based on all kinds of criteria. But I don’t believe that it would be legal for a production company to refuse to hire an individual based solely on their race, creed or sexual orientation.

Porn operates like this because its porn.

  24. BT unless the performer is an out of the closet gay/bisexual man performing in straight porn, I don’t think it would be much of an issue. Right now I don’t know any male talent in straight porn who is on the record as being gay in their personal lives. Honestly if they were, I highly doubt they would get much of any work. We know they are out there, we know there is a lot of male talent that escorts on the side with other men but there isn’t a current performer who has worked exclusively in the straight side of the industry who has come out as gay.

The Divine Bitches Kink website uses almost exclusively gay male talent. Robert Axel has done bareback, as has Casey More Mike De Marko escorts on rentboy as does Andrew Blue who just signed with Shy Love’s agency, so does Christian Wilde, Adam Russo, Josh West and Jason Miller. Some have done condom scenes on the site but most have gone unprotected.
