Be careful before booking a scene with Sonny Nash

Sometimes in the adult industry, people will try and push the boundaries of what is and isn’t acceptable.

Sometimes producers will try and get girls to work for far less than they should. Sometimes producers will try and convince girls to do “extras” for little to no money. Or even worse, try and change the rate at the last minute for some made up a bullshit reason.

It’s also not uncommon for a producer to ask a performer once they are already on set to do something that they didn’t agree to in the original booking.

Imagine booking a boy/girl scene, showing up to the set to find out the producer switched it last minute (without telling you) to a boy/boy/boy/girl IR. And even worse, he isn’t planning on compensating you any more than the original rate.

Or sometimes a producer books a boy/girl scene but when the girl arrives, the producer might try and talk them into a bonus solo scene for free. Or they might try and get them to do an extra blowjob scene with another male talent.

These things have been going on for as long as there has been an adult industry. It’s nothing new. But it also isn’t right.

It’s never okay for a producer or anyone to try and take advantage of a performer.

And that’s why it’s important that you have an agent to represent you because if you have an agent when you get on set and some shady producer tries to pull some shenanigans, all you have to do is call your agent.

I promise you there is not a single week that goes by where some girl in the industry isn’t faced with these very issues.

The problem is, these kinds of shady business practices, although common, are not acceptable.

We have to take a stand against such practices. We can’t just keep turning a blind eye.

Recently Sonny Nash booked Aubrey Sinclair for a boy/girl scene. He was acting as both the producer and the male talent.

Sonny Nash began the day with having Aubrey Sinclair shoot an intro to the scene, which was completed.  After this, Sonny informed Aubrey that he planned on shooting two (2) scenes that day,  even though she would only be paid one BG rate.

Aubrey paused shooting and explained to Sonny that she had only been booked for one (1) scene and if he wanted to shoot the second scene, she could not do that without additional compensation and she would need to call Direct Models and have Direct Models speak to Sonny.

This was the right thing to do. It’s never a performer’s job to negotiate any deals with a producer. Always defer to your agent in these matters.

When Sonny Nash said he didn’t need to call her agent, Aubrey Sinclair stood her ground and insisted. She wasn’t going to do two scenes for the price of one. That’s just crazy. Why would anyone agree to that?

Eventually, Aubrey just called her agent herself and told them what was going on.

Sonny tried to use several excuses. At first, he said that the scenes were shorter, only two positions each. Next, he said that the second scene was a BTS scene.

When the agent wouldn’t budge and said his performer would not do two scenes, for the price of one, things got downright crazy.

Having been informed that there would only be one boy/girl scene, was initially agreed upon, they proceeded.

Aubrey began performing oral sex on Sonny (without camera rolling) to prepare him for stills/filming.  Then, without telling Aubrey he was going to do so, Sonny proceeded to cum in her mouth while holding the back of her head, so she was unable to pull away.

After doing this, he informed Aubrey that he was canceling her for the day, mentioning to her that his boss needed to have both scenes shot otherwise he wouldn’t be able to sell it.

It was clearly a  deliberate and egregious act.

He knew he was going to be canceling her, yet he had her blow him off camera under the impression that she was preparing him for the scene they were going to shoot,  came in her mouth unexpectedly, and then canceled her after.

The guy also refuses to pay a cancellation fee.

LA Direct Models went ahead and paid the performer half the booking fee out of their own pocket and will no doubt pursue the collection of fees through legal means but still, that it happened in the first place is just down right ridiculous!

LA Direct Models has a zero-tolerance policy for this type of disrespect and mistreatment of their performers, so he has been banned from ever working with anyone from that agency in the future, but I think it should go further than that.

I think other agents and models should seriously look at the behavior of this guy and put him on their no list as well.

What kind of low life does that?

I think it’s an important message to send anyone who treats performers like the way Sonny Nash treated Aubrey Sinclair, that there are consequences for doing so.

The industry shouldn’t accept this type of abusive behavior towards its performers.

Put Sonny Nash on your No list! Send him and others like him a message. This kind of behavior isn’t acceptable! Treat the performers in our industry with respect!

What Sonny Nash did was beyond unacceptable.

  1. It seems every few days there is a story about some douche in the porn industry trying to fuck people over. Therem seems to be no end to these parasites.

  2. I know, right? I was seriously thinking the exact same thing myself when I was reading what this loser did to that poor girl. He needs a swift kick in the balls.

  3. What Sonny did to Aubrey is called rape — pure and simple. I hope Aubrey contacted the police or prosecuting attorney’s office to pursue charges against him. At least in Michigan he would be facing life in prison without parole for what he did. I also hope Aubrey understands that the vast majority of porn performers and directors aren’t rapists and that she can continue in the industry. Of course she will need mental health counseling as all rape victims do to sort out her feelings and emotions about it but I have a feeling Aubrey will come out OK. I sincerely hope I am right on that one.

I will also note that just because this was a scene that Aubrey consented to perform in doesn’t make this any less of a rape. Exceeding negotiated limits deliberately in this cruel and obvious of a manner (period) or in a lesser manner if the activity isn’t stopped immediately upon calling your safe word is rape or sexual assault (if there is penetration it is rape, if it is a non-penetrative BDSM activity it would be called sexual assault). That should be obvious to anyone at or over the age of consent. I know I come from the BDSM world (however comparatively mild) where limits are strictly negotiated and made extremely clear from the start but it seems painfully obvious that a forced blowjob and forced swallow was not negotiated in the affirmative here.

  4. Does anyone know how Aubrey is doing today? A search doesn’t bring up a Twitter or Instagram under her porn name. I hope she is doing OK, rape is a horrible experience and she probably needed counseling and possibly medication to deal with its aftermath but rape doesn’t automatically have to ruin your life today.

As for Sonny Nash, I hope he is in prison getting his own “punishment” from the Bloods, Crips, Latin Kings and other prison gangs.

  5. I see Rod Piper is back working for Blacked. Didn’t he get in some sort of drama not too long ago?
