The Arthur Andersen convictions, unfortunately, do NOT inevitably lead to Little Boots going down. In fact, the fact that the Enron bunch is still walking the streets and their ACCOUNTANTS just got convicted makes a pretty solid case that the higher up you go, the LESS likely you are to be held responsible for your misdeeds.
I could draw a parallel with Richard Nixon as a client whose lawyers kept going to jail, but you’d probably call it Republican-bashing. You’d probably be right too.
