The Myla Sinanaj Sex Tape Story Radar Got it From Me

I wasn’t terribly busy this weekend so I decided to do a little detective work on my server logs.  I figured Radar and TMZ noth got their so called “Exclusive” stories from me and sure enough, with the help of ARIN I found where both those sites (and a bunch of others) each had multiple hits to my blog after I ran the story and before they ran theirs….it figures.

Anyway Farrah Abraham proved that sex tapes do make money when Vivid intentionally leaked a photo of her royalty check to their buddies at TMZ.  Two months of royalties netted Farrah about 120K, she can expect about half that much more over the next three months and then it’ll pretty much die out.

I doubt Myla will see the same success Farrah did, Farrah at least had a TV show on MTV Myla is really just “celebrity adjacent”

That’s a site you can watch Myla Sinanaj sex tape once released

  1. Whoa. Farrah got $120K for two months royalties? Is that on top of the alleged $1 million she was allegedly paid, otherwise described as high six figures? Or is $120,000 = a high six figure payment in porn math?

  2. Thanks BT you just gave me an idea for tomorrows story….I will give this thing a closer look to bring things in focus financially…and explain why that 120K aint as much as it seems 😉

  3. For what it’s worth, PerezHilton reports that Myla only received $15,000 to make her film and that Farah received “a high six figure deal” and “nearly one million dollars.”

If Vivid Videos work like a book deal, she would get $1 million as an advance against sales, and then get 10, 12.5 and 15% of revenue after the $1 million was paid. The royalty rates goes up in steps. Now, if she indeed got $1 million up front plus another $120,000 for two months’ royalties, or $1.12 million, that would suggest that the video has somewhere between $7.5 million and $11.2 million in sales. That would be 300,000 to 400,000 subscribers to Vivid.com at $25 per subscriber related to Farah Abraham.

Seems like a lot of interest in Farah.
