Now I doubt a single one of you outside of Mark Kernes and Jeffery Douglass and Christian Mann would say that she doesn’t need to be gone, for good. yet she is still here. What does that say about us as an industry? What does that say about the commitment to the health and safety of performers? You may not like Michael Weinstein but there isnt a single one of you that can say he doesn’t care more about the health and safety of performers than Diane Duke and the FSC does.
And what does it say about us when we refuse to get rid of these parasites?
It says we deserve a condom law, that’s what it says.

Lets be honest here.. who gives a FUCK about Dianne Duke.. NOONE.. that’s who. Lets count the people that produce porn in the United States.. then lets count the people that produce porn in Los Angeles, or within close enough range to throw a used condom at Dianne Duke. Let’s do some basic math here… a handful of people produce porn in LA… a fuck load of people make porn in the USA. Do you honestly think that anyone gives a fuck about Dianne Duke? Also while everyone is arguing over condoms in porn, lets be clear that federal law states that safety criteria. Los Angeles doesn’t mean shit in the porn industry at this point and CAL/OSHA made that apparently clear by making their case against KINK the biggest production company in California.. making the most scenes per day, with live cam models on constantly.. located in San Francisco. (Not Los Angeles) also note.. FUCK DIANNE DUKE. Seriously, Go to a “content trade party” and ask them what they think about Dianne / she’s got about as much credit as Sarah Palin at a political party. Her idea of “medical safety” is about as solid as a jailhouse lawyers enlightening pontifications while stealing your lunch.
