I got a tip this morning from someone close to the story who said that Lupe is now in custody.
Apparently Evan and Lupe got married a month ago, but her immigration status is not yet citizen, and she needed to leave the US or turn herself in. She surrendered…not sure when.
Rumors have been rampant that she was on the run or in hiding but most people figured she was just staying put and keeping quiet.
