Sex Trafficking is real and it happened in porn!

The story I’m about to tell you is real. I have spoken with the victim, the detective in charge of the case as well as a witness that corroborates the story and I’ve read a copy of the police report that was filed at the time when the girl escaped.

This all happened a few years ago in Florida. The reason the victim, who wishes to remain anonymous, is coming forward now is because she only recently found out this “agent” is still out there, still doing exactly what he did to her, to new girls.

This girl is not a porn star. She is not looking for her 15 minutes of fame.  She doesn’t want anyone to know who she is. She’s a victim. She’s not someone who is or ever was active in the adult industry. She was forced into doing porn and only ever performed in scenes during her month of captivity. She has never returned to the adult industry after her brief time with this “agent”. The detective working on this case has asked us not to name him or her so that it will not interfere with their ongoing investigation. We are only allowed to speak of this case, with the solemn promise that we will not impede their investigation and will not in any way identify the victim or even where the victim’s home town is from. Although it’s been two years, the victim still fears for her safety to this day.

But that being said, she wants her story out there in hopes that it will prevent any other young girls from having what happened to her, happen to them. Meeting this “agent” changed this girls life forever and not in a good way and the scary part is, this guy is still around doing business in our industry right now in both Los Angeles and Florida.

All I can say is I hope and pray they nail this bastard and that the industry will one day be free of this fucker.

_____

If you would have asked me last week if sex trafficking is real, I would have said, sure in third world countries or in Russia maybe. But never in a million years would I have thought sex trafficking was going on in the porn industry, the mainstream porn industry. I would have said no way how – 100% impossible. We may not be angels, but we have standards. We require everyone be 18 and that they enter into the industry of their own free will.

Slavery - Human Trafficking

But that isn’t the case. I can’t believe just how naive I really was about this subject matter.

I still can’t even believe this story.

To be clear here, a sex trafficker is someone who exploits a victim to earn money.

I’m so beyond floored right now. Had I not spoken with the girl in question and the detective on the case, I don’t know that I would have even believed it. I mean don’t get me wrong, I don’t like the guy they are talking about, but this is just beyond belief. This is fucking nuts! This is forcing a girl to do porn!

Let me start from the beginning …

A few years ago a girl was on Craigslist and saw an advertisement for a free trip to Miami for a modeling job. The girl admits she knew it was nude modeling but was adamant the article never once mentioned porn.

She spoke to the guy several times on the phone and he seemed so nice. He assured her that she was beautiful and he could easily book her a lot of work. He was so confident in her potential he offered her a free trip to Miami. She was young and naive and jumped at the chance. She figured, what did she have to lose?

When she arrived the agent in question asked to see a copy of her ID. He took her driver’s license, her social security card, and her birth certificate. He said he needed to make a copy of them for his files and would give them back to her later.

He also said that being in a model house is never really safe, so he said he would hold on to her money for her, just in case.

It sounded legit, so she handed over what little cash she had with her for him to keep safe for her.

She was shown to her room in the model house, of which she was sharing with 3 other girls and told to get ready that she has a photo shoot in an hour.

The photo shoot turned out to be a boy/girl scene.

The first thing that came to my mind was, how can this girl fresh off the bus do her first boy/girl scene upon her arrival without being tested?

That issue aside, the girl continued.

She said that she told her agent she didn’t do porn. That nowhere in the ad did it say anything about porn and it wasn’t something she would ever do.

The agent was clear, she had “nowhere to go” and she would be kicked out of the model house if she didn’t go through with the scene.

The agent had all her money and her ID. What could she do?

She was scared, alone, broke in a city where she knew nobody and she had no family to go back to. What was she going to do? She was fucked.

She did all she could do and did the scene. She also had sex with her agent several times, each time he recorded it, including when he forced her to have anal sex against her wishes.

Sex trafficking is when someone uses force, fraud or coercion to cause a commercial sex act.

A commercial sex act includes prostitution, pornography or any sexual performance done in exchange for any item of value including money, drugs, shelter, food or clothes.

During the time she was in Florida with this agent, being forced to do scenes, she was not paid any money. She was told she would be paid but that for now, her agent is holding the money for her.

She said she wanted to leave. She begged her agent to just let her go back home. But he refused.

Her agent stated that she could leave once she repaid her “expenses” which included the plane trip to Miami from the east coast, which she was originally told it would be a free trip. It was only after she arrived that she was informed he only fronted her the money for the trip, that she must repay the money by having sex with men on camera. He was also charging her $250 a week for rent, as well as deductions for food, water, laundry, transportation to and from the set, 15% of whatever she made per scene. All things he said were “typical deductions”.

Every few days he would call her over and show her a list of itemized entries of what he said she earned and what she owed him.

Despite the fact that she was working doing 4 and 5 scenes a week, plus privates, this girl was actually being charged more than she was making. In fact, she was never actually given any money. He said it was best he held on to it for her.

To keep her in line the agent in question would give the girl Xanax, cocaine, marijuana and an “endless supply of alcohol”.

In addition to doing scenes, the victim also states that “random men would come to the home and have sex with the girls, off camera for money.”

The victim wanted out. She didn’t want to be there. The victim told her agent this time and time again.

The victim just wanted to go home but she felt trapped and the money she now owed her agent far outweighed the money she was earning by doing scenes and private engagements.

She knew she couldn’t fly back to the east coast because she had no money, nor her IDs. But finally, after about a month of being held in what she describes as captivity, she finally mustered up enough courage and ran.

She snuck out of the model house in the middle of the night and with the help of the police was able to get back to her family where she now lives.

The victim said that the entire experience left her feeling violated and abused, both mentally and physically. She would often times be in pain for days after having sex with the men that were forced on her, both vaginally and anally.

She’s home now. She’s safe. But like I said before, her “agent” is still out there. He’s doing business to this very day, still offering his services to girls all across the US.

Who knows how many girls like this victim there are out there that we don’t know about.

Had she not come forward and contacted me, through the help of a victim advocacy group, we might not have ever heard about her story.

We might not have ever known that there is an agent in our business, right now, who may very well be guilty of human sex trafficking.

More than anything I wished I could tell you who the agent in question was. I really really do. But at the same time I understand, that in doing so I could potentially harm the ongoing investigation or even worse, cause this “agent” to look up the victim, and try and harass her and victimize her all over again.

So for now we’ll just leave it as some agent we all know but can’t yet identify.

  1. Sounds like bullshit, the girls have to bring the ID’s to set. so clearly it could be in her possesion, sounds like a girl that had regrets about doing porn, was a typical drug addict and angry her agent took a percentage, there’s no proof of any of this, or this agent would be in jail, as it had been over 2 years. The trip to miami does sound like riley tho, but still, I know the guy and don’t think he would do some shit, and a prostitute, self proclaimed drug addict from what i read, would not be a credible witness.

  2. You forget, Riley brings his girls to set and he’s also known to have emailed the IDs to the producers the day before.

That is, if this article is about Riley. Not saying it is. But you know …
