The NY Post is reporting that a cellphone repairman stole some nude selfies from a phone he was repairing.
A cellphone repairman helped himself to a customer’s sexy selfies, the woman claims in a lawsuit.
Charlotte Dodard, claims Saifan Fuad, of Smart Unlimited Wireless in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, went through her iPhone when she dropped it off to be fixed and sent himself nude selfies she’d stored on the device.
Fuad then showed the snaps to other customers and people in the neighborhood, who would laugh and make comments whenever Dodard walked by the store, she claims in a Queens Supreme Court lawsuit.
“It is believed that customers would go to Smart Unlimited to see the naked photographs of Dodard,” according to court papers.
Dodard discovered the deception when Apple sent an email notification that her iCloud account had been accessed and files had been sent to the store’s email address.
She called police, and Fuad allegedly admitted stealing the pictures, though the outcome of the case is unclear.
