NY ex-school principal suspended over X-rated pics settles suit for $210K

A former Queens, New York school principal who was suspended for a year for having sexually graphic pictures on her work computer has settled a discrimination claim against the Department of Education for $210,000.

Annie Seifullah, who is now an aspiring civil rights lawyer, claimed her vengeful ex-boyfriend, school PTA president Robert Sofia, planted the “revenge porn” on the device after they broke up — and that the DOE wrongly sought to terminate her employment.

While an arbitrator refused to terminate her outright, he slapped her with a yearlong suspension without pay for unbecoming conduct — including sexting on the job.

But, rather than see the lurid case go to trial, the DOE opted to settle the matter.

Seifullah was removed from Robert Wagner Secondary School of Arts and Technology in May 2014 after Sofia . . . gave several of her DOE laptops to investigators.

He also reported that she was brazenly sexting other DOE staffers while on the job, which the DOE confirmed.

The ex-school principal denied additional accusations that she engaged in actual sex at the school, and was never charged with that misconduct.
