First; Kudos to Cytheria for getting him on, Paul is pretty reclusive, specially these days. It was pretty tame really, all the blogs and gossip sites were present, mainly me, tod and luke and I’m sure Gene was there too but he hides behind a fake name.
Paul fielded some questions, admitting that Jules Jordan had started out working for him as a clerk in one of his video stores. That’s the first time, I think, that Paul has acknowledged that he owns or owned a video store.
I asked Paul about Expo and since he was letting in so many fans and making money from that why couldn’t the booth costs be drastically reduced or given out for free. He responded that it was expensive to stage the show blah blah blah. Then he said Hey I’m a Jew I am in business to make money.
HUH?
He actually made a joke and thumbed his nose at the idea that capitalism is a bad thing? Damn Paul you are sounding awful Libertarian/Republican all of a sudden, You best be careful or the left wing bed wetting Democrats are going to revoke your membership 😉
What Paul did do on KSEX was give us all a glimpse of a MASTER Politician at work, the guy is good. Period. It took some degree of guts to go on and I admire that. But then I have always gotten along well with Paul, he has aways made me feel that my thoughts are as important to him as Steve Hirsch’s or Christian Mann’s.
Imagine Tim Connelly on there…THAT wouldn’t have been as pretty.
Adult Expo The Last Day:
Sunday is a kind of blow off day for most in the biz…after the AVN Awards few porners are in the mood to deal with the throngs of people coming through, mostly tire kickers because it’s an open to the public day.
