Kissa Sins Says a Porn Performer Just Tried to Fake an HIV/STI Test Result – UPDATED

Porn star Kissa Sins claimed on Twitter Friday that a fellow performer “got caught photoshopping a test today. Remember to ALWAYS check PASS and not just the test pdf!!!!”

PASS is the adult performer test verification system that provides performers with electronic access to testing results directly from the labs, providing a secure way to validate a performer’s HIV/STI test results, as opposed to relying on a paper test or a PDF file, both of which can be altered.

The document purported to be a valid test from Talent Testing Service (TTS), one of the industry’s most trusted testing facilities.

Sins added that a female performer had caught the fraudster in the act: “Good thing the girl was smart enough to notice the test looked ‘off’ and had the balls to call and check. Good for her!”

Sources confirm to MikeSouth.com that the talent who presented an altered test was a male going by the name “Chris Nixon“, and that the incident happened on a shoot that was booked privately, and not by a lensed talent agency.

Violation

The altering of performer tests is widely considered the most blatant betrayal of one’s responsibilities and privileges as a member of the adult community.  In 1997 – 98, performer Marc Wallace altered his HIV test results numerous times, hiding his HIV-positive status until April 1998. This repugnant act launched the first HIV outbreak in porn history and sent shockwaves through the industry that led to the creation of the AIM Healthcare clinic.

In 2012, performer Mr. Marcus admitted to altering his test to hide a positive test result for syphilis, but only doing so after he had undergone antibiotic treatment, and was thus no longer contagious. Marcus also alleged misconduct on the part of Talent Testing Service. Regardless, he had indisputably altered his test to hide the fact he had tested positive for syphilis, and in 2013 pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of exposing another to a communicable disease.

In February 2014, a crossover performer named using the moniker “Will Evans” was fired from an Adam & Eve set for attempting to use an HIV/STI test result with an altered test date. He had tested clean, but apparently did not want to get a fresh test.  In 2015, porn starlet Kristina Bell admitted using an altered test because she could not afford to get a new test. Her agent dropped her immediately.  Then in 2016, a Florida performer named Demi Lowe attempted to use a forged test purporting to come from TTS, but the shoot was promptly canceled when it proved unverifiable. In none of the three cases was anyone infected.

More information on the latest alleged fake test as it becomes available…

  1. Checking PASS might seem like a good idea. However, as Mike South said many times on here most performers and producers don’t use that service, probably due to the morons that run it. Talent Testing has a test verification service on their website for tests they processed. As HIPAA bans call-in verification (which Kissa claims the performer slated to fuck the person faking the test and the lab that processed the test did anyway) that is the best adult performers have right now (thank God performers at least have that). Technically HIPAA bans internet verification as well but TTS is evidently doing it anyway. Here is the TTS verification screen (as of February 2, 2018), type in the pertinent information and click “authenticate”: http://bit.ly/2s63sQO . Producers can contact TTS reps at this page to request a “dashboard” to verify VD results: http://bit.ly/2EAUXjy . I have read that the whole test result will come up using this page, hopefully that is still true. As for CET tests, I don’t see any verification mechanism on their website, their contact form is here: http://bit.ly/2s3GSZk . If PASS is the only verification mechanism for CET it might be prudent not to accept a test from them, do a search right here at Mike South with the term PASS and APHSS and you will see why. Nothing against Dr. Miao or CET but PASS is a very shitty test verification program run by the morons at the FSC which only has a check mark that supposedly verifies a negative and valid VD test. You need the actual results to do that and cover your own ass, not just some check mark which with the way the FSC is run could be fraudulent.

  2. Can I pose the question….. should the person faking the test be outed? This is a VERY VERY serious matter. It could be anything from this person not having time to get a test and faking the date right up to hiding having an STI and even right up to the red alert of hiding an HIV result.

Would that be considered bullying (we seem to be sensitive to this now since August Ames”, or is the act worthy of all the attacks this person will get?

  3. I believe with CET the performers let them know who they can share the results with directly with. Many performers prefer CET and CET offers additional STI/STD Tests that Talent Testing does not offer.

And I think the days of faking HIV tests for those infected is over until they add an additional test that can’t be passed while taking HIV medication.

It’s also telling of the industry that performers are faking tests because they can’t afford a current one. Most performers are living scene to scene and straight male performers often don’t make enough in one scene to cover their tests. Most producers don’t earn enough to cover testing, and most, if not all, of those who’ve tried prepaying for their talent’s tests have been burned with performers getting tested, then not showing up for shoots causing their thin margins to get even thinner.

  4. The cost of testing is a very significant problem in porn. It was masked in the past with so much work, but now the girls get a lot less scenes, and they are paying for tests twice a month.

Unless there is a significant group of performers who refuse to work for companies unless they pay for tests, it won’t change. If Director X suddenly can’t hire girls who will make him money, hes going to add that money into his production costs.

I wonder why the agents don\t band together and demand this. I mean, if you just take the rosters of the top three agents alone that is massive clout and most of the girls that give you a chance of making money are right there. They would bend if that group were refusing to book until they get paid testing.

  5. joeschmoe, “agents don’t band together and demand this” because they value their producer “clients” more than the talent they are supposed to “represent” and “protect”.

In the US testing costs are too high both for industry and non-industry.

  6. There has to be a way, some group insurance plan or something innovative.. its brutal to ask them to be bucking up 300+ dollars a month especially for the vast majority who are not getting a lot of scenes or are new to the business. but again, it would require people to band together and this is not an industry that does that.

  7. Joe, the person who attempted to fabricate his or her VD test should definitely be outed and banned from the industry.

Am Dazed, if CET offers such a program that is fine. That system would also likely be HIPAA compliant as the patient is specifically authorizing disclosure to each person and not using some sort of database. I don’t agree with the HIPAA on banning blanket database access for producers even with the patient’s consent but that is what we have to work with.

  8. @joe schmoe

Group insurance would only cover the minimum they can get away with paying for. They would pay one HIV Elisa or Antigen annually same with HVC hep B etc unless they need to diagnose symptoms.

Some way is a shared costing approach but the powers that be aren’t interested. Some agents were charging $20 extra per scene if they required 14 day tests. Too many producers opted to accept 30 day tests rather than pay the fee.

  9. Lurk, I agree on the shared costing. That would be a much better manner of dealing with VD testing costs than the system we have now.

Karma, I hope Sam investigates TRPWL’s report. If it is true Mr. Nixon needs to be outed, castrated, castigated, reamed up the ass with a lead pipe and castrated. It is pretty hard for an eunuch (a castrated male without a dick and also without balls) to work in adult as male talent unless he takes dick up his ass and down his throat for TIM or Falcon. TIM actively courts HIV positive talent and Falcon doesn’t test for HIV. If he is lying it is likely an HIV infection (I wish I could say for sure but that is a common sense read of the situation), after the Mr. Syphilis situation where Mr. Marcus did 30 days of jail time (and more on top of that for a DUI) including nightly ten man gangbang ass rapes with him as the rape victim in the LA County Ass Fuck Jail for trying to hide an active syphilis infection on set no one with a brain will try to hide a curable infection where he can take a shot or a bottle of pills, wait 21 days, retest and probably go back to work. $1000 for a scene isn’t worth 30 days of LA County Jail likely including being raped nightly as part of his punishment.
